Great care from start to finish. All the staff that helped with translation were amazing and a big thank you to all the technicians for the great work. I do wish though that the doctors had been more involved (for hair transplant). Dental clinic was amazing in their care for me and the quick service on the last day was much appreciated.

I am extremely disappointed with Esteworld and their complete lack of professionalism. Since September 2024, I have been waiting for a refund of 20,000 TL (around 600 euro) which has been approved by the management and despite countless calls and follow-ups, they continue to ignore their responsibility, giving empty promises and saying the same sentence for weeks (we will pay this week or the following one, this is a promise…)

At this point, it’s not even about the money anymore but since they make many marketing campaign promoting themselves as the best clinic in Turkiye they should start respecting their customers but it’s not the case. They don’t care about customer, they just want to show-off.

Think twice before choosing Esteworld. Their lack of ethics speaks louder than any marketing campaign.

I recently travelled from England to Esteworld Istanbul for a hair transplant, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made – thanks to the incredible team that made the entire process smooth, reassuring and highly professional.

From my initial enquiry, Lena was fantastic. I was quite nervous about choosing the right clinic and moving forward with the procedure, but she put my mind at ease completely. She was always just a text or call away, providing prompt, thorough answers to all my questions. It never once felt like she was in Turkey and I was in England – her seamless communication ensured that my journey, from booking to arriving in Istanbul and at the clinic, was effortless. Her professionalism and care made the whole experience stress-free.

On the day of my procedure, I was introduced to Ceylan, my English interpreter, and she was phenomenal. She assisted me through every step, both pre- and post-op, ensuring I understood everything and felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her guidance made a huge difference, turning what could have been an overwhelming experience into a smooth and reassuring one.

A huge thank you also goes to my hair transplant surgeon and his team, who were truly exceptional. Their expertise, precision and professionalism were evident from the moment I walked into the procedure room. They made me feel at ease, explained everything clearly, and carried out the procedure with great care and attention. I felt I was in the hands of highly skilled professionals who genuinely cared about achieving the best possible results for me.

Since returning to England, my aftercare has been managed by Sanaz, who has been equally fantastic. She is always available whenever I have a question, providing ongoing support and ensuring my recovery is going smoothly. Having that level of aftercare and continued support has been invaluable, making me feel reassured even after leaving Turkey.

Lastly, I don’t want to miss out on thanking the rest of the staff at Esteworld. From the moment I arrived, every single person I interacted with was kind, welcoming and professional. Whether it was the drivers, receptionists or medical assistants, everyone played a role in making my experience comfortable and stress-free. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate the care and attention I received from start to finish.

If you’re considering a hair transplant and are unsure about where to go, I can wholeheartedly recommend Esteworld. With Lena, Ceylan, Sanaz, my surgeon and his team, and the rest of the staff, you will be in the best hands from start to finish. Thank you all for making this such a smooth and positive experience!
