Everybody was Very professional and kind. The whole experience was very quick and as painless as possible. I can’t recommend the clinic and it’s personnel enough.
**I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING ESTEVIEN CLINC! My experience was incredibly disappointing, and I got scammed out of a large amount of money. I initially went to the clinic for male breast removal and abdominal liposuction, with the agreed price of 5000 US Dollars. They then convinced me to get the 360 Abdominal liposuction that added $1350 to the cost. So in total, I spent $6,350. However, they only performed the abdominal liposuction and claimed they couldn’t do the gynecomastia surgery due to low blood pressure during the procedure. When I asked for a refund, they repeatedly would tell they would refund me on the next visit, but I would not recieve it. On my final appointment, they offered me a refund of only $900 for the gynecomastia surgery they didn’t perform. They never provided me an itemized bill and would never fully communicate with me about pricing, so they were able to make their own pricing and give me whatever they felt like. I asked them if they could just preform the gynocomestia at another time in the future instead, and they told me that they would charge me more since it would be in another visit. How is it that to upgrade the liposuction package costs $1350, but preforming a gynocomestia only costs $900? Ridiculous. Even after I made payment before my surgeries, they never game me an itemized billed of the total costs for me to see how much things actually were. I should’ve asked for an itemized bill of all the costs, but I didn’t think much of it since I trusted the clinic and the doctor and was desperate to get my surgery done. I feel as if they brought me to Turkey to mislead me in getting these surgeries done, but then not follow through and then not refund me the rightful amount. I left time out of my work, my family, and my life to get my surgery done, and instead left feeling disappointed, betrayed, and scammed from the clinic. I never want this feeling for anyone, and I highly recommend looking elsewhere so you don’t get cheated!
I recently underwent surgery with Dr. Okan. and I must say the doctor was amazing. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the results so far have been promising. The hospital was also clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the translation service and the driver, both of whom were incredibly kind and helpful. Additionally, the clinic continued to reach out to ensure my recovery was going well, which I truly appreciated.
However, my post-surgery experience was disappointing due to the lack of proper care from the nursing staff. It appeared that there were only two nurses responsible for the entire floor, which led to significant delays in receiving assistance. Despite calling for painkillers multiple times, no one came for a long while, leaving me in considerable discomfort.
One of the most distressing experiences occurred when I needed help using the bathroom. It took approximately 45 minutes for someone to arrive. They placed a plastic seat under me, but once it was full, no one came to remove it despite my repeated requests. Unfortunately, the contents began leaking onto the bed where I had been lying—just 2-3 hours after my surgery. It was only after another 1.5 hours that someone came to remove it. I requested clean sheets, and although the nurse promised someone would come within five minutes, I waited another two hours without any assistance. Despite informing the nurse again when they arrived to give me my medication, no one ever came to change the sheets, leaving me lying in my own urine for approximately eight hours.
Additionally, I was disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding my post-operative appointment. I was expecting to see the doctor during my bandage removal; however, the nurse informed me that he was occupied with a five-hour surgery. After waiting for 2-3 hours, I discovered that the doctor had actually left just 30 minutes after my appointment time. This was especially frustrating as I had many questions I wanted to discuss directly with him. Although the clinic later apologized and arranged an online meeting, it did not feel as personal or thorough as an in-person consultation would have been.
Another point of concern was the post-operative swelling. I was assured that the use of new technology would result in minimal swelling, but by the second day, my swelling was so severe that I could not even open my eyes.
Despite the positive aspects—such as the successful surgery, the clean facility, and the attentive follow-up care—I cannot overlook the inadequate nursing support and the lack of direct access to the doctor when I needed it most. Unfortunately, my negative experience has led two of my friends and four family members, who were considering surgery here, to seek care elsewhere.
I hope the clinic takes these concerns seriously and improves their post-operative care to match the high standards set by their surgical team.

Back to the Uk now and feeling a lot more better.
I would recommend Estevien Clinic to all my friends and everyone in the Uk if I could.
From my doctor, Dr Okan, to the nurses who took care of me, to my translators Madinna and Ahmed. Everyone was so empathetic.
As someone who travelled alone to get this surgery, I didn’t really feel alone. It felt like family.
I had a breast reduction surgery and 360 liposuction. I’m healing well and I love my results. This is the best decision ever, don’t think about it twice!!
I had a procedure in 2020.
Parts of my recipient area never grew in and the clinic completely over harvested my donor.
I had to finally save and get a repair job done in London. The GMC registered doctor in London was disgusted with how my donor was left.
Estevien completely depleted all my grafts and now I’ve nothing left for a touch up should I need it in the future.
The biggest bunch of cowboys. Wish I’d never went there.
Hindsight, it’s a wonderful thing. Don’t make my mistake.

Excellent communication from start to finish, the pick-up and transportation through the process were excellent. The surgeon was very caring and patient, the results have been fantastic as well ! I really can’t fault anything
Further and after my initial review, Aymane Boumenkar, ”Patient Care Specialist” from Estevian Clinic contacted me.
He ”tried” to resolve my complaints with ”authorization” from the Doctor himself, who was apparently very angry reading my review.
With sugar coated behaviour, Aymane asked me to take down my initial review. He tried to convince me to remove the review and if they were unable to resolve my issue, I could put it back up again.
He tried to coax me to spend $2000+ in flightfare and go back to their clinic so they can operate on me again, which is done under general anesthesia. When I advised its not practical or even wise for someone to return to a medical practitioner after they were careless once already, Aymane tried to say no other clinic will take my case and that they were my only saviours!
I have asked him to share my post op photos of abdomen to show the service was provided, he promised to get them to me ”today” everyday. My results so far do not show one hint of the service being done – the same service they took extra $1000 USD from. Moreover, I have uneven results from the two other permanent surgical procedures I had undergone.
I have asked the clinic to either share my post op photos so I can see the $1000 USD service was provided or to refund my money so I can go somewhere else to have their mess cleaned up. I have shared my current photos to show that particular service was not provided. But do these people want to be held accountable? NOPE.
You never know what happens once they place you under general anesthesia. They think they can charge you any amount of money and not give you the service. They think by the time you realise thr results, it would be too late. They think non Turkish foreigners cant do anything once they leave the country. They think they can get away with scamming people out of their hard earned money. Dr Okan is about to get a rude shock when he gets legal letters and court summons.
The nursing staff were very kind. I also thought it was great that the head doctor introduced himself. I had the operation almost 3 years ago and I’m still happy with it.
The procedure went really well and within 8 months I had started getting results. The translator was really friendly and stayed with me during the entire procedure. The team also kept in contact during the 10 month recovery period time and checked every progress. I am really glad that I had done hair transplant in Estevien clinic. Highly recommended..
Went for 360 Lipo with JPlasma for etched abs, BBL amd Bichectomy.
Prior to arrival they shared some before and after photographs of real patients. I liked one particular photo and asked what procedures were done to achieve that result. Ibrahim advised it was 360 Lipo with JPlasma and $1000 USD extra for JPlasma. I paid $6,695 USD in total.
No abs were etched. Clinic refused to share my photographs after surgery, with lots of excuses. Took $1,000 USD for etching but did not provide service.
Dr Okan spent less than 2 mins before surgery, made me strip in a room full of around 15 people (unrelated to my surgery). Saw him once after for a few seconds. Thats it. He did not discuss my desired results with me although the consultants knew exactly what I wanted.
Most nurses and translator ladies were super rude, refused translators, loud, inconsiderate and rolled their eyes at every chance they got. One of the ladies from Dr Okan’s team shamed me for being too arrogant when I refused to remove my clothing in front of a team of around 10 men (not part of my surgery team) who accompanied Dr Mohamed post surgery.
4 weeks after my return, when I pointed out that my abdomen didnt show any signs of the etching, they asked me to wait for the swelling to reduce. I waited. I asked again when the swelling reduced, they blocked me on Whatsapp and didnt respond to my emails. I had paid $1,000 USD for the etching with JPlasma as advised by Ibrahim.
Post surgery care team Ayman convinced that abs were etched although the MS Word typed reports didnt mention so. Photographs of abdomen from birds eye view were never shared. They even had the audacity to advise me to go back to them for Velashape sessions. Flight tickets both ways are $2000+ as well has loss of income for time off of work. I refused. I dont feel its a good idea to go back to the clinic that already scammed me of $1000 USD.
Some nurses were really nice and helpful but they were from the clinic, not the hospital where I was 2 days post surgery. Received 2 drainage massages from the lovely nurses who ensured my bandage was good for the 10 hour flight back home. Gave me BBL pillow and all medicines. Translator Kais was wonderful with post surgery instructions. Another translator who helped me during my release was wonderful as well, she packed my bag, gave me pads for the hotel bed, slippers for my swollen feet and was overall very warm personality.
Dr Okan needs to hear his patients concerns and discuss desired results. Team needs to stop using language barrier as an excuse for not taking accountability of their mistakes.
