I would like to share my wonderful experience in the clinic “OG” in Izmir, for the perfect smile I received. I sincerely recommend this clinic for anyone who wants to replenish their beautiful smile and regain their confidence. Thank you for your professionalism, hospitality and your endless kindness! You guys are the best not only for me but for all your endless patients, here with me. The crowns that got placed were to substantial standard and this resulted in me losing all my insecurities when speaking and smiling. I’ve suffered from this insecurity’s for a while now and I am ecstatic at these results.They have quickly replenished a big part of my appearance and it is wonderful knowing I’ve escaped from these insecurities. Just had my treatment from OG Smile Clinic and aft Ozan Güner and I am absolutely amazed by everything.

Firstly, the staff are just so lovely, professional and my dentist was so gentle. The clinic is immaculate- so high tech and absolutely stunning. They have a coffee bar and stunning gardens for you to chill in while you wait and a transfer picks you up from the airport and your hotel every time you need to visit.

I had 16 zirconium crows and my teeth are perfect. They listened to exactly what I wanted, kept me updated throughout and made any changes that I wanted to ensure my smile was perfect. My teeth are beautiful and so natural. Would recommend Dt Ozan Güner and team to everyone. So happy!

Avoid this clinic.I’ve been there,but I wish I wouldn’t.After being to this clinic,my teeth problems went from bed to worst.Since they finished my teeth,I called them explaining that I’ve got infection and big gaps between teeth and gums.They asked me to go back,so I did it,I paid everything,my flights,hotel.Once I got there,they said everything is good,they did a brilliant job.But when I contacted another clinics and wrote a bad review,of course they asked me to get back for the fourth time. Couldn’t go,as I was scared,because they are not very kind after writing reviews,and now my crown is broken in half,and what I have left are my uncovered implants.I paid 8 implants but they only used 6.

Hard to comprehend just how good this service is. From the airport pick up, the hotel and it’s homely comforts, the detailed service provided daily by the clinic, it started as a ”let’s take the leap” to having a terrific holiday bonding and socializing with other clients from all over Europe. The staff are lovely people, you get to know all the drivers, hotel and clinic personnel, great characters. Historic Izmir is a cultural hotpot of markets, ruins, restaurants, sea, and Turkish flavours laid out for you to relish and marvel in with it’s warm and enthusiatic residents. My treatment (4 implants, 8 crowns) began with effortless tooth removal and construction of temporary dentures. The temps are incredible, I can’t stop smiling, and in three months I’ll return for the final implants. I’ve had a profoundly wonderful time. I CANNOT wait to return to reunite with the staff and new Facebook friends on our journey. Thank you!!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving dental treatment in Turkey, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, every aspect of my journey was meticulously taken care of, leaving me thoroughly impressed and immensely satisfied.

One of the standout features of this service was the seamless transportation provided. The clinic arranged for drivers to pick me up from the airport and transport me to my appointments and hotel. The drivers were punctual, courteous, and well-versed in navigating the local area, making the commute stress-free and enjoyable. This thoughtful service added an extra layer of convenience, allowing me to focus solely on my dental care without worrying about logistics.

Hotel Accommodation:

The accommodation arranged by the clinic was great.

I stayed in a four star hotel that provided a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation The rooms were decent, clean, and well-appointed, offering a peaceful retreat after my dental appointments. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. Additionally, the hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities, making my overall experience in Turkey even more delightful.Hotel has spa where I enjoyed turkish bath after my long fligter from California .That was exceptional.

In Summary:

The dental service I received in Turkey exceeded all my expectations. The combination of highly professional and caring staff, convenient transportation, and luxurious accommodation created a seamless and stress-free experience. The full set of crown work has given me a new smile that has garnered countless compliments and significantly boosted my confidence. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and attention I received, and I would highly recommend this service to anyone seeking top-quality dental treatment abroad. My experience was truly five-star, and cant stop praising Dr Gunar and staff .

Called a liar and threatened by OG clinic after my review. I am 59 and not a lot fazes me but I can see how their threats could get some people to remove a negative review. But I only told the truth so no amount of name calling or threats will work with me.

It was all very surreal really I was threatened with court and called a liar so in the end sent them an X-ray showing my infections only to be told that the X-ray did not show any. I will attach it and maybe any dentists could comment. Though I do not need any validation as I had three implants infected and required a bone graft and no amount of OG clinic telling me I am lying will change that fact.

The lies and threats carried on through various messages to the point it became amusing.

Now I appreciate that some people might have been ok at OG clinic but I thought they were awful and as I said they glue teeth to implants which I did not want. My implants were also infected.

But just to warn everyone if you have a bad experience like me and as I am more than entitled to write a truthful review of my experience to warn others be prepared to be threatened and called a liar.

As I said to them their customer service skills are severely lacking.

I hope I save at least one person from having implants put in by them. There are other much better clinics out there.
