The personnel are highly qualified and are true professionals, the clinic has state of the art technology and both my procedures, putting in the implants followed, after three months, by the crowns were a breeze. I strongly recommend this clinic as they are able to give you a lovely smile without any discomfort at all. Thank you so much for mine!

I wish I could share a positive experience about this clinic but unfortunately it’s not the case.

November 2024 I planned a trip to Antalya and choose this clinic to be the one to treat a root canal and add 2 zircon crown on my front teeth. Already in my first consultation the Manager of the clinic decided to interrupt the dentist evaluation to say I should pay for more crowns, to have a perfect smile I should add at least 8 crowns more – which was completely unnecessary my natural teeth are healthy and aesthetic, so I refused this upsell (there was around 6 people during my appointment) and only one profissional the Dentist who will take care of my case, after discussing my root canal I explained why I only want the two crowns and nothing else, I thought it would be fine.

Procedure done, days later when my crowns finally arrived from the lab and are put in place I was advised to add some filling on the small ones next to the crowns because they weren’t looking aesthetic – but I haven’t notice such a different.

After feeling insecure I decided to ask how much it could cost to add two small fillings on top of my natural teeth, the response was 125£ each! Absurdly I tried to explain I haven’t seen this coming and I enquired everything before hand to not have any kind of surprises while I’m in Turkey.

They weren’t very comprehensive, that was the price and if I wasn’t happy it was my problem, in the next day after having a conversation with the manager I withdraw all the money in cash, paying 64£ in tax because they refused to take a payment by card and I was so vulnerable and overwhelmed that I just follow and paid what was said.

Coming back to England, literally 2 days later one of my £125 feeling just felt during my hygienic routine, I simply brushed my teeth and it felt.

I contacted the client reporting this absurd and wanting to know what kind of material they used, since they charge me in cash in there Turkish currency and pressured me to do this procedure, the clinic only said they’re sorry about it and probably was my fault (???) accusing me to eat something hard and damaging the material – they even suggested I had bite a apple (I don’t eat apples) and while I asked for some assistance I have been confronted by a big message from another manager asking me to come back to Antalya to a proper evaluation. I live in England isn’t simple just take a plane to Turkey on the next because your dentist scam you with absurd price for a small filling which ridiculous felt out days later after being brushed.

I do not recommend this clinic, I am absolutely devastated and now will never trust a Turkish dentist ever again.

My research took me 2 years until I found this clinic. I finished my treatment in August 2024. At first I was very scared as I needed 5 implants, sinus lifting etc. Honestly Dr A Erdogan was amazing, very gentle. I was pain free, same day after surgery I was able to eat and enjoy my stay, tiny bit of swelling had around nose but that’s all ( 4 implants in upper jaw), no bruises at all compared with what I seen on people from other clinics.

Second visit, I was worried how painful it’s will be after shaving teeth’s but honestly zero pain. I eat everything, even ice cream. I remember in uk when one teeth were shaved i couldn’t eat for 2 weeks until uk doctor placed crown on.

My experience at Dent Laracity clinic was great. Two doctors Dr A Erdogan and Dr E Ok were great, I can’t thank them enough, they know exactly what they’re doing, cares what patient wants. The professionalism is more than 5 stars.

I had to change my coordinator due to some things which I wasn’t happy about, Ceren who stepped in, was very professional, she’s a dream coordinator and i highly recommending her.

Over all my experience was great, I am happy with result and recommending this clinic. What i really liked that pretty much all staff with who I spoke there can speak English which is big bonus as can speak directly to the doctors whenever some question occurs and get professional answer.

From the first moment to the last the treament i recieved was second to none, so professional, curteous, and absolutly the best in my opinion. I have travelled to antalya from UK England, I have been given very good standards of care from dent laracity they gave me a whole package deal including my accommodation at a very good rate. I’ve been looked after very well I travelled alone and the clinic constantly checked in on me to make sure I was OK. The whole process was very quick and very minimal pain, I had a fully mouth of crowns and 2 wisdom teeth taken out to make my smile line straight. I am very happy with my results and would highly recommend dent laracity to anyone who is looking for a good quality well experienced dentist x

From start to finish of my journey with dent Lara city was brilliant, everything from the coordinator Ahmet to clinic staff I couldn’t fault nothing was a problem for them everything was explained to me in detail before any treatment commenced, they all went out their way to help with any issues along the way, Dr elif ok and her assistant elif have given me a new lease of confidence with my new smile very grateful. The treatment I received was very high quality and pain free from them and a special thanks to Sinem she went out her way to help me with anything I needed and turned a nervous trip to the dentist into a fun time.
