I only messaged them ONCE, to ask a price about some procedure. I did this three years ago, well for THREE YEARS LONG I keep getting phonecalls with Turkish numbers EVERY MONTH at least 3-4 times. You sold my phone number data! I am sick of this I block them all but they keep coming I will perform legal actions if this doesn’t stop!

They are the most greedy money hungry clinic in turkey .. did my surgery there it has now been 2 year and I still can not feel one side of my body .. I than asked to have information about my teeth and they refused to give it to me unless i pay them over 800 aud . They also told me I would have to pay to correct the problem they did to me.. do not use clinic expert .. once you get there all they care for is payment…did my work there in 2022 it is now 2024 . And I still can not feel my right breast because of the nerve damage. Never Again

I underwent my hair transplant with Clinic Expert, and the entire service was exceptional, from airport pickup to hotel accommodation. The hotel experience, including a lavish breakfast, was fantastic. Upon my arrival, I visited the clinic for a consultation with the doctor regarding the donor area. The following day, I had the hair transplant procedure, which began with 15 minutes of sedation for hair scraping to harvest follicles from the donor area. They provided a 20-minute break for a quick breakfast, and then the transplant process began using the Choi method, lasting for 3 hours. After the procedure, I had lunch, and they kindly dropped me back at the hotel. The next day, they washed my hair, gave me shampoo, and provided hair supplements for aftercare. It has now been 2.5 months, and I am seeing some progress, but I am waiting until the 5-month mark to observe the full difference.

I feel compelled to share my experience with ClinicExpert in Turkey so others don’t make the same mistake. I underwent Gynocomastia surgery with them, and it has been a disaster from the start.

Before my surgery, the staff were incredibly rough, despite my repeated requests for them to be gentler, especially when it came to handling needles. I should have seen the red flags then, but I pushed forward, trusting they knew what they were doing. After the surgery, I felt something odd on my left side and kept telling the nurse, but all I got was the same dismissive response: “It’s normal.” After much insisting, the doctor finally came in, looked at it, and told me I needed to go back into surgery. He tried to stay calm, but I could tell something was wrong.

I was in pain and immobile, yet they continued to handle me roughly, especially in the operating room when moving me to the surgery bed. After the second surgery, they told me I would be bruised, but what I saw was terrifying—bruises covered my left side. Again, they fed me the same script, saying it was “normal.”

I stayed in the hospital for three days before they let me go, telling me it would take 4-6 weeks to heal and that I could resume my life. But two months later, I noticed that the Gynocomastia on my right side was still there. It was smaller, but the difference was minimal—essentially no improvement. I reached out to Aziz, the medical advisor who handled everything, and once again, I heard the same old line: “It’s normal.” I had resumed my life, even gone back to the gym, so I thought I had fully healed. But another month passed, and my right side still had manboobs.

I sent photos to Aziz, comparing the before and after, and anyone could see that my right side wasn’t done correctly. Finally, he admitted I needed a revision surgery. So not only did they waste my time and mental health, but they also gaslighted me throughout the process. When they offered a revision surgery, I was shocked to learn I still had to cover my own hotel stay, blood tests, and flight ticket—even though the mistake was entirely theirs.

Aziz was nice and polite, but he clearly had no control over the situation and was just doing his job with no real empathy for what I was going through. On the other hand, Mohammed, another advisor I dealt with, spoke from a place of ego and wasn’t friendly at all. He repeatedly said, “That’s the best we can do for you,” as if the mistake was mine and not theirs.

To make matters worse, when I first signed up for the surgery, I was quoted a price, but once I arrived, they pressured me into adding plasma treatments for more money. Feeling desperate to fix this issue, I agreed. They are not medical professionals; they are salespeople who prey on your desperation.

Now, I’m forced to find another clinic, a reputable one, to fix the mess they made. ClinicExpert offered no refund, no apology—just asked me to buy another ticket, stay in the same dirty hotel, and go through it all again.

This experience has devastated my mental health, and every time I look in the mirror, I regret trusting them. They are cheaper than most clinics for a reason: they will upsell you once you arrive, adding costs on the spot after you’ve traveled. They make you write a review right after the surgery when you’re still optimistic, but I waited. My surgery was on June 3, 2024, and it’s now October, and I am living with regret.

Please don’t trust ClinicExpert, Aziz, or Mohammed. They don’t care about your well-being—only your money. I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.
