I can personally recommend the clinic in both Levent and Sultanbeyli without reservation. From the initial contact to the personal support, everything went smoothly, transparently, helpfully and very courteously via Whatssapp. I had two implants placed in Sultanbeyli in September 2024 and then the zirconium crowns in Levent in January 2025, both procedures were painless. The lovely doctor in Sultanbeyli, whose name I unfortunately no longer know, was very professional, she explained and carried out all the steps during the treatment in detail, which was extremely reassuring. The dental impression was then taken in Levent and a few days later the teeth were ready on site. This procedure also went smoothly and the gap of three missing teeth was closed perfectly. The transport links to the clinic in Levent by metro are perfect, the clinic is practically right next to the metro station. I was picked up from Sultanbeyli by a personal driver from the clinic, at no extra charge. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Pinar and Esra, both were always available for me and responded quickly when I had a request. They were also considerate when I wanted to reschedule spontaneously. Excellent value for money.

Please avoid Aliadent Istanbul clinic my husband had a very bad experience with this clinic.

The first time he had crowns installed which broke after 2 weeks, we went to the second time to fix it, so they made him sign first the documents that removed the warranty and responsibility from their clinic and only then started to correct their mistakes. And if the first time when we paid money for all the work they treated us very well, then the second time we just ignored, the work was done terribly badly. They offered to remove healthy teeth in order to install implants. They did everything possible to make us pay more than the agreed amount.

Now my husband is at home, his teeth are in place, but he cannot eat because every time he eats he bites his lips, this has never happened before. There is a big space between the crowns and gums where food gets in and starts to rot, odor from the mouth, the mouth does not close normally, everything is skewed, in the end there are no teeth and no money.

We are very, very sorry that we went to this clinic, before coming to them we studied the whole internet, looked for reviews but nowhere wrote that they are NOT COMPETENT and work badly. Now they offer us to come one more time but we refuse their terrible services, we offered them to return us the money we paid for poor quality work but they refuse, so now we are preparing documents to sue them in court, write complaints to all possible authorities so that they can no longer deceive people who rely on their services.

Avoid this clinic because you will remain not just dissatisfied you will be left without teeth and without money.

We have a resource now to raise these problems through media, TV, newspapers. I realize that we could have done it earlier, but as they say, everything has its time and better late than never. We need to break the stereotypes and improve the situation of foreigners in Turkey, even a little bit at a time.

Before I contacted any Turkish Dental Clinics, I paid for a 3D Cat Scan here in the United States followed up with 3 oral surgeon consultations. Once I had my treatment plans I began contacting Turkish Clinics for a total mouth restoration.

My treatment plans from American Oral Surgeons didn’t include sinus lifts or bone grafts. However, several top rated clinics in Turkey included these extra procedures. Aliadent was one of the few clinics who provided an identical treatment plan to the American treatment plans.

Pinar made herself available at all hours of the day and night to answer my questions. After making my decision on Aliadent she turned over my conversations to Esra who arranged everything I would need during my stay.

Esra went above and beyond to ensure I had everthing I needed during my stay.

I had 12 implants placed on my first visit by Doctor Ahmet and his team who also went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable during the surgery.

I had one misunderstanding on my procedure that was quickly resolved by Huseyin and the owner to my satisfaction.

On my second visit Doctor Elman and his staff finished my treatment and were also outstanding. I became ill during my second stay and the whole staff went above and beyond to provide me with medications and help. My driver Huran also went out of his way on my behalf.

I am so grateful to the whole staff for the care and treatment I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend friends and family to Aliadent.

Please do your research before selecting a dental clinic in Turkey or else you could end up with major expenses and permanent damage to your mouth or unnecessary treatments.
