Everyone was so helpfull from the start. Doctors and nurses are great and they make you feel safe and taken care of. They explain you everything you need to know from the start to the end, so you dont have to worry about a thing.

I had an amazing experience at this clinic! Everything was perfectly organized and on time. The hotel accommodation was excellent, the clinic was spotless, and the entire team was highly professional. The post-surgery checkups were thorough, making me feel well taken care of. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant!

Professional and helpful team – From start to finish, the staff was highly professional and accommodating.

Dedicated aftercare support – A special mention to Merve, my aftercare consultant, who has been exceptional. She checked in with me immediately after surgery, the next day, and continues to follow up two weeks later, ensuring I have the right guidance throughout my recovery.

Commitment of staff – My procedure took longer than expected, and the staff stayed late into the evening to complete it—this level of dedication is truly appreciated.

Special appreciation for the clinical team – They work incredibly hard, ensuring that patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the procedure. Their professionalism, skill, and ability to put a smile on patients’ faces made a real difference in my experience.

Areas for Improvement:

I felt a little rushed during my time at the clinic, and a bit more time for consultation and preparation would have been helpful.

One suggestion: Once the booking and itinerary are confirmed, it would be great to receive an official email confirmation for better clarity.

Despite these minor areas for improvement, my experience with Vera Clinic has been very positive, and I would recommend them to others considering a hair transplant.

I recently got my hair transplant done at Vera Clinic, and honestly I could not be happier. I was very nervous and scared, particularly travelling to a different country for a procedure. But ever since I commited to this procedure, I am glad I chose Vera Clinic to have this procedure done. They have been extremely helpful and supportive from the preoperative stage, to even now in the post operative. They have communicated very well, and provided lots of guidance to make sure I was comfortable, knew what was happening and what to expect. I know understand why this placeis highly rated and could not recommend this place more to have your hair procedures done. A special thank you to everyone involved, especially Asena for the preprocedure communication and Lea with the aftercare guidance, and everyone in between!

Seamless experience, everything is arranged for you once you arrive. Everyone took the time to ensure all my questions are answered and nothing was rushed. Oz was fantastic to work with from booking the surgery to answering any questions. Merve has been great post operation making sure the healing is going well.

I can’t fault this clinic at all. My patient coordinator Mirela couldn’t be more helpful. Always contactable before flying and dealt with last minute itinerary changes without a fuss.

Clinic itself is state of the art. They are professionals who know their stuff. Service from technicians to translator to Doctor was friendly and made the experience a breeze.

I am week two, and everything is going exactly to plan.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone thinking of dealing with hair loss.

Great experience at Vera clinic for my hair transplant. Great communication from start to finish, particularly by Muhamad Khair. Felt comfortable at all times even though I travelled alone. Staff at the clinic very attentive. Interpreter was very helpful. After care team including Muhamad and Lea were very keen to explore if I had any problems.
