In January 2024, I was treated at Balipinar Clinic and I am not at all satisfied with their work. They removed all my remaining 23 teeth due to severe periodontal disease, placed 11 implants and I had to wait six months for the implants to heal before they put dentures on me. At the end of July, I came to the prosthetic clinic and when they put my lower denture on, I felt terrible pain and discomfort, but they said everything was fine. And the next six months after the denture was put on, I felt that something was wrong with my lower denture, I wrote to them and said that my lower denture was wrong and it hurt, but they told me that I was just not used to it yet. Until finally I got a hemorrhage and a severe infection. On 15.01.2025. I flew urgently from England to Antalya with inhuman and terrible pain and it turned out that the lower prosthesis was made unsuccessfully, and the material that imitates a crown is longer than necessary and cuts into my bone and that’s why I got a hemorrhage and a severe infection. I paid 9000 pounds for a prosthesis that made me bleed and no one apologized to me for that! I paid for plane tickets and a hotel through their fault, they even asked me for money for an airport transfer, I paid, but then I asked them to return it to me because I told them that I was there through their fault and so they returned me those 70 pounds and they had to pay for my hotel and plane tickets because I was there because of their medical error and that was their fault! So I am very disappointed with this clinic and I regret choosing them. I do not recommend them and my advice is to run away from this clinic. SCAMMERS. I WASN’T IN A CLINIC, BUT IN A SHOPPING CENTER WHERE THEY ONLY WANTED MONEY. AND THE FUNNIEST THING IS THAT THEY MAKE YOU WRITE GOOD REVIEWS EVEN BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT IS COMPLETED!

I recently had my second visit to Ballipinar,and unfortunately, the experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. After an X-ray, I was told I had an infection that required the removal of a tooth and was informed it had spread to another tooth.

They removed the infected tooth, gave me a temporary replacement, and told me to return in a few days. However, upon my return, I was told they wouldn’t proceed with replacing my veneers this time and that I should come back in 3 months.

When I raised concerns about the infection—which they themselves acknowledged had spread—I was met with poor communication and dismissiveness. Despite asking multiple times for them to address it immediately, they kept insisting it could wait 3 months, which made no sense since infections typically require urgent attention.

During the consultation, I also found them to be very rough when examining my mouth. Their attitude felt arrogant, and at times, they almost seemed to make fun of me, which was humiliating. None of them spoke very good English, making communication extremely difficult, and I was left feeling confused, upset, and unheard.

To make matters worse, I had been told to plan a 10-day trip (at my own expense), only for them to see me once and tell me to come back in 3 months. They also demanded an additional £500 for cleaning and the tooth removal, which was never explained properly.

Out of concern, I sought a second opinion from another dental hospital, where it was confirmed that I did indeed have an infection, and the second dentist stated there was no way this could wait for 3 months. I informed Ballipinar of this, but they offered only a follow-up appointment and failed to properly address my concerns.

The only positive aspect of my experience was one kind dental nurse, who didn’t speak English but made an effort to be gentle and supportive. Other than her, I felt completely unsupported. As a woman traveling alone, I also felt taken advantage of, as if they assumed I wouldn’t challenge them.

Compared to my first visit a few years ago, the service has drastically declined. It now feels like they are more focused on making money than providing proper patient care. I would not recommend them, especially if you are expecting professional, attentive, and trustworthy treatment.

Lastly, I fully expect that Ballipinar will respond to this review by blaming me, as I have been told they often do when faced with complaints. This would only confirm their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to take accountability for their poor service. I would not recommend them, especially if you are expecting professional, attentive, and trustworthy treatment.

Me and my husband highly recommended Ballipinar Dental Centre ,last week we had the second visit and we ve got the new teeth upper and lower jaw ,they are amazing ,finaly we can eat whatever we whis ,we can smile ,many thanks for a great team especially to Dr Onur Gunes ,Yuksel Gakmak and the wonderful Prosthodontist Hilin Tas (you HILIN are the best one women which i meet like a doctor ),so 100%’for them.See you guys next year when we will come back for the anuall check in.

My experience throughout has been excellent.The initial contact via whatsapp worked well utilising photos and estimates to reach agreement on the best treatment and costings.

Once agreed and I embarked on the process i had someone to guide me in the process, Ecem was extremely helpful and she was on hand to translate everything, all dentists involved were outstanding with my root canal, fillings, implants and crowns. The buildings and facilities are outstanding and anyone thinking of using Ballipinar should view the facilities on the website and they are even better in real life than on the site. The VIP shuttles were first class and again drivers contacted via whatsapp and let you utilise their wifi.In terms of the hotel that they used I wanted an upgrade on my return to a 5 star hotel with a gym and beach location and Ballipnar gave me a contribution towards the hotel which worked great. It may be worth asking for the estimate with or without hotel to enable you to choose the most suitable location for yourself. I would and already have recommended the dental centre to a friend who has already received an excellent bright plan video showing the whole process

I visited Ballipinar Dental Centre in February 2024 they provided a great service and were able to everything I was hoping for I was in contact with a another dental centre a couple of years previous and was told that they could not do what I wanted so I thought I was going to experience this anywhere else I tried but I was wrong as Ballipinar were able to do exactly what I wanted and I could not be happier it’s like a dream come true they were very professional and look forward to the rest of treatment in the near future
