I come here sceptical never liked my smile/teeth I would always laugh and smile with my mouth closed what a weight off my shoulders it’s perfect the process was spot on I got in touch with a guy called Yaman Çağrı DORYAN sold it to me got picked up in a nice fancy van from air port still sceptical then I met Eren and his team at smiles turkey at the door he treated me and my dad great proper nice professional guy couldn’t do enough for us talked to me through all the process while I had work done on call or message 24 hours while back at hotel , I got the dentist adil he asked me if I wanted to change much but what a professional I let it up to him and I’m going home a happy man but all the process is full of professionals couldn’t of gone better

Smiles were great! Made the whole process simple and really looked after me. Derya was my care coordinator who was lovely and made the experience enjoyable. The procedure itself was pain free and the end result was great.

Today I’ve completed my implants and crowns zirconium. From the moment I got off the plane , I have been greeted at the airport by 2 members of staff and have been chauffeured to my hotel. Upon arrival at the accommodation, I wasn’t very satisfied with the conditions and Ugur my agent has arranged a new hotel for me.

All transportation are all been arranged by the clinic. I was greeted by Pinar Patients Relation Assistant . She was my point of contact updating me with all the relevant informations on a daily basis. Very Attentive, Polite and also translating all my concerns and questions to my dentist.

Overall all my concerns has been addressed.

Now I’m going to get use to my new set of teeth and look after them . Thank you Smiles Turkey for a brilliant job .

All transfers were on time, and I had a great time at the hotel, whilst I wasn’t in the clinic.

The great service began from the airport transfer. Great service. Each day we were picked up and dropped off at the hotel. The procedure was explained at each stage, we were continually updated of timescales. Pinar was very good with the care throughout the process. She was also always reachable. We felt confident and reassured. Highly recommend this dental clinic.
