Great service from start to finish.

I got a flight from London to Izmir. Checked into the hotel and started treatment the same day. Had 8 crowns done all in 4days.

Would recommend to anybody searching for a quality dentist abroad.

Hello this is my second review I have had to delete the first one because I don’t think DentLeon deserves 5 stars.

I did my inplants in August 2023 all went good, I could eat everything the next day but when I came 4 month later to receive my teeth(crown) the problem started.

I had my appointment but still had to wait 2 hours in the waiting room as the crowns haven’t come from the laboratory which continued with every appointment stuff not there waiting till post turned up.

I was there for 2 weeks and DentLeon left it till the last minute (on the day of my flight) to put the crowns on.

I had no chance trying them and see if I might have a problem but I had no choice and hoped for the best.

But as dreaded in April 2024 my left top side crowns glue came off. I contacted DentLeon they said go to any dentist they will glue them back on. But all UK dentists didn’t want to touch the implants, finally I found someone but he said this metal is too short, here in the UK we put double the size, so he will try his best but he will not promise anything. After checking and trying his best he apologised as it wouldn’t hold more than a few days. He didn’t charge me anything but my crowns were not put in again.

But I couldn’t go to turkey as I didnt have any holidays or money.

I contacted DentLeon explained my problem and they assured me no problem as soon as i can I could come but no harm will be done if it is not now.

Bad lyck doesn’t happen just once as 4 months later the other top side fell out. Contacting DentLeon again they said we will do new ones as soon as I come to Turkey.

My problem now was on both top sides I got metal in my mouth and no teeth to chew.

I spoke to DentLeon and asked how long would it take to get new crowns and some checking/fixing from two other teeth, they said I need 1 week

So I managed to get some unpaid time off work, flew on Wednesday to Turkey and had a prebooked appointment on the same day of my arrival, they took the measurements and they said my natural teeths old crown needed to change and the other tooth needs a change of the filling. The dentist took the old crown out but didn’t put new one on as it was made with the implant crowns. Now they told me in 2 days (Friday) I will get a call and can arrange an appointment for the implant crowns but no-one called even to let me know what’s the problem is. So it was up to me to get in contact I called and asked what’s wrong and that I’m under time pressure, being told that they couldn’t finish my crowns as material was missing.

WHAT MATERIAL MISSING ARE WE IN A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY?

On Monday had to call as I need to come back to England to go back to work, they gave me an appointment on Tuesday evening to trail the new crowns but they didn’t fut perfectly so they told me they call me on Thursday but again no-one called. I called in the afternoon what’s going on and been told I shall come tonight at 5 pm after reminding DentLeon that I need to get a filling redone as well they told me than come 4 pm.

So on arrival I been told me the filling can’t be done before the trial of the crowns as the injection will numb my gum and I can’t bit properly. So we can’t do your filling before your trial and by the way your teeth not here so again waiting, …… FINALY they came, trial done, filling done will and a promise of a phone call on Friday as the crowns fit but needed to be polished.

No-one called again the promised week to finish had passed.

Suddenly at 5pm I got a text to be at the dentist at 5:30 but I could fly so I arrived at 6pm the dentist was a bit cross why I was late, been told then that the reception knew this appointment since in the morning but I didn’t get informed till 5pm!!! But luckily I got my crowns (both sides) put in and they fit this time.

But on Saturday (the 11th day and return date) after having something to eat my nw crown tooth (done on the 1st day) started clicking, so straight away, before my trip to the airport, I went to see DentLeon, they checked the tooth, told me it has a short root, but nothing is wrong and if I look after it, it will last quite a while.

So now back in the UK (by the way it’s Monday 2days after leaving DentLeon) my gum is hurting and I can’t bite on this side so I need to find a dentist here again to fix DentLeons mistake and another expense (payed for fixing DentLeon and now again an other dentist)

So 11 day unpaid time to fix what was promised in a week, expenses and stressful waiting, no promised calls, no updates or information, wrong information and promised (on the clicking, bubbly new crown tooth) and now again expense for sorting mistakes here or if I am unlucky even an other implant as the crowned tooth might not be able to be saved.

Advise if you choose DentLeon:

Take loooooots of time with you and look forward seeing them to fix mistakes!!!

…so everything is fine , after 12 implant i am in healing proces and after 3 month I am going back …everybody is working very professional, from the Dr’s until nurse and the contact assistant,they are kind , they respectfully…the transfer from airport ,is Vipp super ,the accommodation apartment is it fantastic, the staff answer for all the question and helpful, all the instruments is it last generation,….yes I recommend the DentLeon with all the trust .

Felt really comfortable here. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The clinic is in a great location and very clean. Would definitely recommend Dent Leon Clinics

Amazing from the first contact until the treatment everything was super professional.they are always next to you explaining every step with such a good care,clean and all the team very helpful and super polite!!finished my brothers low jaw and the result make as do happy!!going back end of October for the upper jaw and the feelings are safety happy and 100% sure for the final result!!

I am very satisfied with the clinic, they did an incredible job. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. The VIP transfer was on time at the airport and driver was very friendly.

I had to put my trust in Dentleon but had a feeling with how professional they were that I had made the right choice.

The transfers were smooth the accommodation lovely and clean .. the staff were all exceptional and kept me informed of everything they were doing ..

I have had my first treatments and going back in 6 months to complete it .

I felt comfortable at ease and informed all the way through .

Melis is a star .. she’s so caring and sweet.

I would definitely recommend this clinic if your unsure ..

Clinic is beautiful and wonderful apartments. I was happy with the look of my crowns, unfortunately I can feel and see gaps between my crowns and gums, my bite feels incorrect and I am having some discomfort such as pain when chewing.

I got in touch with the clinic and was reassured everything is fine and gaps are normal. I have since learned they absolutely are not, as it puts your teeth at risk under the crown. Once my concerns were discussed, the clinic offered to correct the work if I return to Turkey.

I am now looking to have my crowns corrected. Please note, my quote was for 20 Zirconium crowns and I recieved bridged units on my teeth.
