My experience with the clinic is absolutely great. They have a pleasant attitude and very empathetic staff. I was here to change my smile, I was afraid of pain but I must say that the dentist’s approach was professional and very nice and thanks to that I didn’t feel anything. The procedure was painless and fast, I was very pleasantly surprised.
I was also given painkillers to be on the safe side, but I only used them once during that time.
Everything went without a problem and the only inconvenience was that I couldn’t eat solid food during the procedure, which of course I was sorry because Turkish cuisine is amazing but unfortunately this has to be taken into account.
I would like to highlight the absolutely great attitude of all the clinic staff, I received great support, help and empathy from the assistant and the owner of the clinic the whole time. They are really kind and empathetic people with whom I always had a nice chat.
I also thank the doctor for his wonderful approach and patience in choosing the appearance of the teeth and especially for the amazing final result.
I recommend the clinic with all ten .

I’m glad I chose Clinic 14. Everyone who served us was very attentive and friendly. The service they provide is simply marvelous!
My experience with Clinic14, led by Erkan Aslantas, was deeply traumatic and disappointing in many ways. Here are the facts:
1. Abusive cost increases: Upon my arrival, the initial quote was increased three times and was only payable in cash. Since I did not have the amount on hand, I had to call my brother for assistance. Meanwhile, Mr. Aslantas behaved in an extremely threatening manner, even standing literally over me while I was lying on a hospital bed, ready for surgery. His distressing behavior prompted the surgeon to intervene and ask him to leave the room, reminding him that I needed to remain calm before the procedure.
2. A fictitious “lifetime” follow-up: The company promises lifetime follow-up after surgery, but this is nonexistent. I have been requesting my invoices for over four months to submit them to my insurance. Despite repeated promises, I’ve been met with absurd excuses (“the law doesn’t allow me to send you the documents,” “the hospital refuses”). These delays and illogical justifications reveal a blatant lack of professionalism.
3. Unjustified and opaque fees: I was charged for blood transfusions allegedly required due to “complications.” Initially, two blood bags were mentioned, then three. The prices were changed multiple times, and attempts to scam me were made during the payment process, such as showing amounts in Turkish lira (higher than the agreed euro amount).
4. No reimbursement or follow-up: One of the planned surgeries could not be performed. I was assured that a contract would be provided to allow me to return without additional costs, but no contract or refund has been provided. My requests remain unanswered, and I am now being referred to his staff, who are just as complicit in this scam.
In summary, this company does not honor its commitments, manipulates, and abuses its clients during moments of extreme vulnerability. If you want to avoid being traumatized, neglected, and scammed, stay away from Clinic14 and Erkan Aslantas. Even in a Turkish bazaar, you are provided with invoices, but here, you are insulted with mafia-like practices and complete disregard for ethics.
I strongly advise against it.
In response to Clinic14’s comment: Today, Mr. Aslantas contacted me following my feedback to issue legal and criminal threats because I am exposing his schemes and scams. I am warning as many people as possible that this is a dangerous company running small-scale mafia-like operations. Strange how you claim not to recognize me and confuse me with spam .
Use your time to treat your clients—who are also your patients—with care and to avoid shady scams instead.
I would like to point out that I am still waiting for my documents and for the reimbursement of the surgery you charged me for on September 23, 2024, which never took place.

As a French patient, my experience with Clinic14 has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, I was provided with a translator who was mediocre and unprofessional. During our exchange, when I asked legitimate questions about the quote, she laughed in my face. This was especially frustrating because the quote had increased by over €3,000 compared to the one I had been given in France. Yes, I suppose that’s laughable—just not for the patient.
Since 2022, I have been requesting my personal documents, including the medical report and invoices for the amounts I paid. Instead of addressing my requests, I’ve been repeatedly ignored and given the runaround.
Previously, their collaborator Beyza was pleasant, helpful, and professional. Since her departure, this company has been falling apart. They are now dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.
Before your procedure, they shower you with kind words, promises, and reassurance. But once they’ve collected their money, they disappear. It was necessary to force them to come see us post-op—otherwise, they wouldn’t even bother. And when they did show up, they stayed for barely two or three minutes before leaving.
This is truly a despicable company with no interest in its patients, only in their money. If you care about your health and respect, avoid Clinic14 at all costs.
To Avoid at All Costs
Being in a foreign country, I felt completely unsafe dealing with these crooks. So many scams, so many false promises—this company is nothing but a nightmare.
The staff is far from caring or professional. They see foreign patients as nothing more than cash machines, trying to charge you for everything, even something as trivial as an extra pillow.
In a country that thrives on medical tourism, there are plenty of other clinics that will treat you with the respect and dignity you deserve.
I will never go back to Clinic14, and I strongly advise others to stay far away.

My experience with the clinic and the entire team is absolutely perfect. I underwent abdominoplasty with liposuction, breast modeling and liposuction with internal stitches. The results are healing and everything is on the right track, aesthetically everything is beautiful. Dr. Emre is top in his field. I would like to share my experience with Clinic 14, where I underwent abdominoplasty, 360° liposuction, breast modeling. I was very worried about the operation in a foreign country, but the service and especially the result of the operation exceeded my expectations. the pre-operative examination, consultation and subsequently the operation took place without unnecessary waiting, a Czech and Turkish translator accompanied me at every step. They escorted me to the operating room and then waited for me in the hospital room. For these major operations, the clinic rents an operating theater in the hospital, so all departments are present in case of complications. After the operation, I didn’t have much pain in the back, if necessary, the nurses and the doctor were available. The hospital rooms were on the floor of the VIP rooms, beautiful, with their own bathroom, with the possibility of a companion staying during the entire hospitalization. After two days, I was taken, again accompanied by translators, back to the hotel. The hotel is 5*, excellent breakfast, possibility to eat in the hotel restaurant. From the third day after the operation, we met with other patients in the winter garden of the hotel and spent pleasant days. Every evening the health brother came to bandage the scars and did a lymphatic massage. The pain was reasonable, if necessary I took pain medication. The day before departure there was a check-up at the operator’s office, the next day the flight home. I managed everything without an escort, I always asked for help with my suitcase. throughout my stay at the hotel and hospital, I had free transfers, on the phone of the doctor’s assistant, in case of a problem, I responded within a few minutes. today I am four weeks after the operation, the scars are healing nicely, I still have slight swelling above the scar and reduced sensitivity. I take care of the scars according to the doctor’s instructions, in case of confusion, write the problem plus a photo and I will have a reply with a recommendation within a few hours. I really want to thank Azra, assistant translator, she went above and beyond her duties, a very nice and caring lady. Also to my health brother for his hellish yet needed massages, kind smile, encouragement and care, which always brought relief. To the owner of Clinic 14, for his interest in us and almost continuous supervision over the progress and our satisfaction.
