I couldn’t express enough the care I received from Care In Turkey. My doctor was Ahmet Sakarya who operated on me and made me feel at ease . I’ve had surgery in the UK and Care In Turkey is by far the best

I’m still waiting for my money back! They don’t answer me anymore. Really bad buisness behavior…. since this is fairly new in Iceland, I could have provided them many customers, actually some of my friends contacted them, but thankfully they didn’t go….. They could have made a lot more money just by doing the right thing. BAD COMPANY, DO NOT RECOMMEND

They only care about themselves and money. Have illegal employees by promising work permit and postponing for next months. They find themselves in a situation cant go police and cant take salary. They dont pay employees rights and many of them found solution to comment on here and linkedin . They removed comments after they paid what had to be the basic salary right. This company you need to fight for your money. They will chnge packages once you arrive.

I am Asuman Botezatu, worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Carein Turkey for 9 months with dedication and commitment. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been nothing short of disheartening.

On the day after my birthday, I was fired without notice or written communication. It was an abrupt and unexpected termination that deeply affected me both financially and emotionally. Despite being promised that I would receive my salary, commission, and severance pay, I have yet to receive any of these payments.

This company assured me that everything would be resolved, but countless attempts to contact my former employer have gone unanswered. The psychological distress from this situation is indescribable, leaving me feeling degraded and undervalued—not just as an employee, but as a person. I should have relate patient who asks for deposits . To make matters worse, the financial strain has been severe. Accruing interest on unpaid debts, having my phone line disconnected, and struggling to make ends meet have all been direct consequences of this unresolved situation.

I always prioritized patients’ needs, often working overtime on birthdays and other important days without extra compensation. I even relocated closer to work, moving from Maltepe to Şişli, to remain committed to my role. Sadly, this dedication seems to have gone unappreciated.

Moreover, the way management operates is alarming. Instead of fostering a supportive work environment, employees were often discouraged from engaging meaningfully with patients. This lack of empathy and professionalism not only affected us as employees but could potentially impact patient care. Even today, I continue to recommend their facial surgeon based on their merit while cautioning others about the unethical management practices.

This company has demonstrated a blatant disregard for the well-being of its employees and, by extension, its patients. Violating workers’ rights, lacking ethical values, and failing to uphold basic decency reflects poorly on their character both as employers and as service providers. I urge anyone considering engaging with this company—whether as an employee or a patient—to think twice before starting a relationship with people who fail to honor their commitments or show basic respect.

My hope in sharing this is to highlight these unjust practices and spare others from facing a similar ordeal. Companies like these need to be held accountable for their actions.

I am extremely disappointed with the care and service I received at this clinic Care In turkey I trusted them for my dental treatment, but it turned into a nightmare. After spending €8000 I left with broken teeth and no proper resolution. Despite asking for a refund for a surgery I never even received, they refused to take responsibility or provide any compensation.

Their lack of professionalism and empathy is shocking, especially considering the high cost I paid. Instead of resolving my issues, they were dismissive and unhelpful. This experience has left me not only financially burdened but also with additional dental problems to fix elsewhere. The arab man Latif was very bad treating me very badly with his low level english he doesnt even speak well, and he just cares for money, he didnt know That I can understand arabic so he was talking to the girl over there, she was asking if I can start my treatment or not he said not yet I need to take more money from her, and i was shocked after hearing this, today I decided to write because I saw a lot of people are writing about their bad experiences,

I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. Be cautious if you’re considering treatment here—they prioritize profit over patient care and satisfaction.”

Hi everyone

What you expect from a company don’t give the salary for their employees, do you think they will treat you good!!! They care only about money and how to earn money. You want to earn money so give the salary for your employees and treat your patients good. until now they didn’t give me my salary of November and they don’t answer for my messages and call.

Already i left care in turkey because they don’t treat the patients good, they take deposit from patient and then they don’t answer them, when the patient has complain after surgery, i try to talk with doctor to understand and help patient, their answer is don’t do anything or don’t answer the patient.

Just i am writing this to be careful in future

Care in Turkey are both a professional and very polite practitioner

From start to finish the procedure was carried out brilliantly

I was introduced to CIT by an English dental

Practice and decided to come to Turkey after reading reviews and a better financial

I had a arm lift, breast lift and tummy tuck operation in Istanbul with Care in Turkey. The operation was done by Dr Turab. He has been excellent from before the operation till my last check up with him. I am very happy with my surgery results and the surgical team was great. 10☆ Our translator Asim has been so helpful acting as our middle man whenever he was with us. 10☆ for him too. Travel between hospital and hotel was punctual and well communicated. Logistics communication was best post op. It could have been better before the operation when we had delays. When we had problems with some of the hospital staff there was a big time of no communication. So logistics ranged between 2☆up to 4☆. Until we contacted Asim and he made sure things started moving forwards again.
