I can’t thank this company enough that as changed my life. I had a gastric sleeve in December after struggling to lose weight. The service was excellent and all the staff are really lovely.

I am currently writing this review whilst I sit and wait on my plane home. I arrived at Yasam Hospital last Monday 30th December. I was operated on the 31st after all tests carried out and results where OK for go ahead for surgery. I Spent 4 days in hospital and booked a hotel for 3 nights as didn’t want to go home straight away. My Coordinator was David Tucker and everything was arranged via him. He did a great job keeping me informed and even visited me after surgery. The transfers where all included in the price and so was all the medication. The staff where really friendly and professional. I could ask them anything. Although there was a slight language barrier it was easily fixed with the translators and Google translate.

I would definitely recommend this company and can not thank everyone involved enough. The hospital was clean and my pain was always under control. My room was lovely and had no issues, although the hospital is very warm but this is for infection control and the safety of patients. I just opened my two windows and managed to keep cool. I will be back in the future and highly recommend anyone who is nervous to reach out and speak to David Tucker he will support you all the way through the process and you can bring a companion with you as well if you want. All you need to pay separately is your flights.

I used this company for otoplasty and upper bleph. The surgeon spent all of a couple of minutes with me to discuss what I wanted to achieve.

After the surgery, again a few minutes were spent with me, he showed me the results and I said at the time one ear is sticking out and the other is pinned completely. He said it’s “swelling”. I knew at the point it was not.

Now 3 weeks later, it’s even worse, one ear sticks out and the other doesn’t. I’m more insecure now than I was before the surgery.

I’ve been told I may be offered a revision free of charge, but I’ve completely lost trust and also don’t want the stress and cost involved in travelling to Istanbul again! I will now have to pay for a revision in the UK.

Also just to add – I am a vegetarian and the staff kept bringing me meat at meal times, when I advised I do not eat meat, I wouldn’t be brought anything to replace it! Apart from on one occasion when I was sent MOULDY bread.

I’m sure the company will reply defending themselves and saying I am refusing revision – but you shouldn’t need a revision, it should be done right in the first place! Especially if you’ve pointed out the error when you’re already there at the post op.

I’ve been advised they strictly do not do partial refunds so now I will be even more out of pocket by having to pay for a revision in the UK.

Also just to add – I’m not happy with the upper bleph either. Barely looks any different, apart from one eye there’s been more flesh taken than the other. So one eye looks slightly drooped due to still having excess eyelid skin.

Just avoid – pay the extra and get surgery in the UK.

I would like to share my experience with Booking Surgery. I was very impressed with everything.

From the 2 coordinators they was very helpful with all my questions.

We get pick up from airport to hospital very smoothly.( it just takes quite long time to get hospital nearly 2 hrs)

When we get to hospital they take us to the room straight away they not asked us to pay first they make sure we get to the room and rest then bring us al the paperworks.

I arrived a bit late so everything seem to be rushed so recommend to arrive before 6pm

I had revision rhinoplasty with Dr Okan he was so professional he explained well in English and I had Dr Nebil for my tummy tuck. He not speak English but he has translator . He also give good consultation and explain what going to happen.

The nurses are very good very helpful and friendly. The foods lady and cleaners very polite and friendly too.

. Dr Nebil came to check us on his day off that was so impressed . They also look after the companion well . And drop us off at the airport at special assistance points.

Overall their service was fantastic.

I had a gastric sleeve at the end of July 24 and I have never looked back since.

I have been big all my life from primary school so as I am shortly turning 40, it was a much needed change.

The service from start to finish was faultless.

My co-ordinator David Tucker gave me all the knowledge needed prior to booking and also ensured we were supported whilst in the hospital by visiting.

Everyone from start to finish was so helpful, kind and very professional.

I wanted to ensure I used a company that did not send you off to a hotel for part of the stay. The hospital room was amazing.

Never looked back and thoroughly recommend David & Booking Surgery.

From the start of our booking surgery experience David the coordinator was fantastic from the first FaceTime to booking and all the way though the process he’s always answered our questions weather it’s later at night or first thing in a morning he even came to see us in the hospital

The hospital it’s self was so clean and well looked after the test are carried out thoroughly, there’s always cleaning staff around and the nurses and doctors them self are lovely and are always checking in on you! Netflix worked all the time we was there and the same with the WiFi….

The transfer was fantastic lovely driver we was lucky enough to have the same driver there and back who came in to the airport and waited with us until our assistant came to help….

So overall we was extremely happy with the service..

Don’t listen to Rich Copstake’s review a few below or above this one. He tried to con the company out of money for his surgery & when he didn’t get it, he pretended to be his wife & convince the whole May surgery group thah he had died, taking his own life. Later we found out he was lying & was infact very much alive. Rich Copstake is a known fraudster conning many people & companies.

Absolutely recommend . I got a VSG (sleeve) in May 2024. I’ve lost over 6 stone in 7 months. Upon contacting booking surgery, you’re allocated a co-ordinator who manages everything for you, they arrange your surgery date & deposit payment etc. They’re fab at answering any questions you have. The driver meets you at the exit of the airport & the VIP treatment starts there. I was transferred to the hospital where I met my translator, Oscar who was just lush! Nothing is ever too much for them. I was escorted to my room & I hit lucky & got a spacious room with a sliver of a sea view. The rooms are cleaned twice daily & if travelling with a companion, they’re catered for too. You have several examinations before your surgery, they’re very thorough.

The staff from cleaners to doctors, nurses & translators, everyone was lovely & so welcoming. If I rang my buzzer someone was there within seconds. If I needed pain meds, I got it, if I needed anti-nausea, I got it. Seriously exceptional treatment & medication is included if the price you’re quoted at the very beginning.

My surgery went smoothly, it took me a little while to come around from the anesthesia & my family contacted the co-ordinator (I left her number with them just in case) & she was able to get in touch with the hospital who told her I was fine & sleeping & she then reassured my family i was out of surgery & resting. I have not got a single regret about having my surgery with bookingsurgery.com. Excellent treatment from start to finish.

I had a gastric sleeve May 2024. Nina was my coordinator. She was fantastic. I stayed at the yasam Hopsital and my surgeon was dr Katar. He was brilliant. A lot of people complained about gas pain after. But I was told after booking with him that dr katar does something different and you don’t get the gas pain. Well I had no gas pain what so ever. The healing was a breeze!

I had no issues here and they even brought me some flowers to the room! I think it’s because I went alone and I was soooo nervous. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done. I got to my target weight within 5 months!! And now im maintaining! I’ve booked my plastics for July 2025with the same company and I’ve gone for dr yalcin and Bruce is now my coordinator. So far he’s been amazing aswell! He’s sooo quick at getting back to
