I made a great experience in 2023, having a hair transplantation. Everything was absolutely professional there. From the equipment to the staff I find myself in good hands. The doctor was also a very professional and gentle. He made a great job and after 1 year my hair was growing again. Today I feel like I am another person. I can recommend anybody this institution – if you are thinking about a hair transplantation.

Excellent experience from start to end.

Communication went great and I always got an answer to all my questions really fast.

All staff at the hospital was so friendly and communication went smoothly in both German and English.

After returning home I was frequently contacted about how I am doing and had to send picture updates, which where shown to my surgeons.

Overall a great experience!!

The organisation was good and the staff, nurses and doctors were very nice. The hotel where you are accommodated is also really nice.

There is German-speaking care, but it is not on site all the time. Unfortunately, the carers and nurses couldn’t speak German and hardly any English. Communication was therefore rather difficult, which is not great after an operation. That could be improved. Otherwise, I can only recommend the clinic.
