Had treatment in September and just returned for zirconium crowns last week… All transfers were arranged starting on arrival from the airport up until leaving to go home. Treatment went really well and all staff were great and really helpful and any concerns I had were handled promptly. Aftercare was amazing and couldn’t have been happier with the end results. I recently had the pleasure of getting a new set of teeth at Smiles Turkey, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. What made my experience great was, I was here supporting my daughter having her teeth done and on the day before her last visit I decided to ask the dental clinic if they could possibly fit myself in to have my teeth whitened and to my delight they said yes. The doctor was very thorough and was extremely polite! Nothing was too much for him and his colleagues. I wasn’t rushed into making any decisions and I was told on numerous occasions that my natural teeth was originally nice and that I didn’t need the procedure done! The doctor made me as comfortable as he could from start to finish and I was giving transfers to every single appointment and an all inclusive hotel. This was a visit for remedial work and once again Smiles Turkey were amazing! I don’t ever worry as I know that I am in very good hands. They even opened on a Sunday for me to complete the work. The staff are all so friendly and kind. Thank you to Derya who looked after me really well on this visit. My other friends Sezer and Kuri who always look out for me. I appreciate it. But most of all Dr Goken for listening to me and giving me a lovely smile!

I needed implants and other dental work and being Covid positive for nine months, extensive radiotherapy and chemotherapy. My teeth were in a dreadful state. I am naturally apprehensive of the dentist which didn’t help. It had got to the stage where I was having to have my teeth patched up or extracted on a regular basis. I made the decision, after seeing lots of ads on the Internet to have them all removed and just have them all implanted. I looked around and there were so many adverts it became confusing. Then I found Smiles and the thing that appealed was they also have dentists in England. Should I have a problem I can get help without coming backwards and forwards. I done a bit of research and after having WhatsApp conversations with them, I appreciated their honesty and it seemed very good value compared to UK prices. It wasn’t an easy decision to make as I would be travelling completely on my own to a foreign country and not quite sure if I would be okay. I can honestly say that from my first visit in October 2024 from the warm welcome I got from the driver collecting me at the airport to returning back. I could find no fault or problems at all. The hotel was great, very good value for a five star, all transfers arrived on time and they were as helpful as they could be. From the time of arrival in the Clinic I had an English, speaking guide and nothing was too much for them, everything was explained in detail, and I knew exactly what to expect as we went along. The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid with no hidden, extras or surprises. in actual fact, it came in lower as I did not need the anticipated sinus lift and all finances were laid out and explained very clearly. On my first visit, I had 20 teeth removed, which was traumatic to me although anticipated. I returned to the hotel with ice pack painkillers and antibiotics although didn’t really need the painkillers after a couple of hours and just had to be sensible eating lots of yoghurt, soups and soft food. I went to the clinic daily for checkups, and to have my 12 implants put in. I was constantly asked how I was, was I comfortable and was there anything they could do that I needed. I then returned home for the three-month healing process with dentures and returned in February to complete my work again. All the staff are lovely had a great warm welcome and although I was very nervous now, my guide explained step-by-step what to expect and the dentist was patient, kind and listened to my concerns. I had my final teeth fitted today and could not be more pleased. There was no extra payments dropped on me, The teeth are excellent quality, I have no pain and can honestly say how nice it was to eat a decent meal and enjoy it. I have had lots of compliments even the waiters at the hotel !!! and I could not give enough praise to Kuri who guided me on WhatsApp with Hotel choices, explained everything and kept in touch with progress and my taxi collection times, a massive thank you to Ayca my Guide, who answered all my questions, gave reassurance to me and was in the room during my dental work to liaise with my dentist, although we did communicate in English, I will always be eternally grateful to Hakan, my dentist, who was lovely, kind, understanding and so gentle, knowing how frightened I was. He went slowly and checked at every stage that I was comfortable, and not in pain, and again explained in detail what was going on. I personally could not recommend Smiles highly enough to anybody thinking of having their teeth done. The cost was very competitive and the quality of service from the dentist down to the driver is 2nd to none likewise the care shown. Bearing in mind, I am 62, have a few health problems and was travelling on my own, I have absolutely no issues or problems at all and going home tomorrow With lovely teeth and completely pain-free.
