Smilepod Turkey -arvostelu

Be very careful with this clinic. They seem more interested in taking your money than providing proper patient care. When I asked important questions, the coordinator was rude and told me I ”talk too much” just because I needed two implants.

Here are the questions I asked:

Do they have insurance in place if something goes wrong?What is the doctor’s success rate?Can I get a written treatment plan?Is there a warranty on the implants?

These are basic questions every patient should ask, yet they acted like I was a problem for asking them. If this is how they treat you before payment, imagine after. Proceed with caution

Would recommend smilepod to any one I am seventy years old and I couldn’t be happier with my teeth smilepod was so helpful and kind and they explained everything that they were going to do for someone who has a fear of needles they were great would recommend them to anyone Mrs m clarke

We did so much research on smilepod before choosing them and I have to say were so happy we did. They are all so lovely in the clinic and make you feel welcome, dr riza is excellent at the work he does i could not recommend him enough hes fantastic., also Mehmet helps you with absolutely anything hes fabulous. iv been to other clinics in antalya and I have to say Dr riza explains everything in detail and doesn’t make you feel rushed, were so happy with the results wayne has finally got his smile back

Just been to Smile Pod for my 1st year check up, got a 3D scan as soon as I arrived in his office, I had one crown at the back a little loose and one cracked crown (front bottom) Dr Riza tightened the back crown up and shaved the front crown down and fitted a temp tooth, and replaced with a new crown a few days later, He also took care of a little gum infection I had, I must have been in the chair for about an hour. What I loved was he never questioned me regarding the loose crown or cracked front crown and when I went to pay he said it’s ok, the warranty will cover it, Of course I personally handed him a gratuity.

My partner also had her crowns done 1 year ago and was with me getting her check up, her crowns were fine, she also had a small infection and part of an old filling had came out, Dr Riza treated her infection and advised that she could go home and get the filling replaced on the NHS or he could replace her filling with a white filling, we decided to have him fix it and the total Bill for her was £70.

I spent about 1 year researching dentists in Antalya before deciding on Smile Pod and I went with my gut feeling in the end, In my opinion his dentistry work and after care are up there with the best.

10 out of 10 on absolutely everything

In uk I was a very nervous patient however Doctor Rizza and his team made me feel at complete ease , everything was explained to me in fantastic English no talking above my head in Turkish. I’m over the moon with my teeth 5 on 5 they look and feel amazing After my first visit for my implants and temporary teeth on my return to uk I went to my husband private dentist and he confirmed he couldn’t of done a better job himself. I tell everyone about smilepod as they are amazing they are a small family dentist but when your with them for dental work your made to feel part of the family and I’ve met a few people who have had aftercare and again it’s been 10 out of 10 smilepod all the way

Absolutely over the moon with the treatment I had. Dr Rizza Aydin his wife Dr Özge Aydın, Elham, Mehmet and the whole team make you feel like family!!!

I had full mouth extraction, sinus lift, bone graphs, all on 6 top and all on 5 bottom. I love the temporary teeth I have and carnt stop smiling. Everyone back at home compliments on my teeth and these are only my temps!!!

Am booked in for my final visit in June 2025 and can not wait to meet team again and get my finals.

If you want the best look no further I done over 2 years research on loads of different dentist in Antalya and Marmaris, before picking smilepod.

Even brought my friend with me (jimmy) who just took my word and he also had full mouth construction and carnt stop smiling.

Just book here and save your time, this is not a convayer belt style like most, it’s one on one, and you will become part of the family…

Absolutely brilliant not sat on a dentist chair in 20 year due to being terrified was made completely at ease and painless throughout got to go back in 6 months but actually looking forward to it 5

Apologies to Smilepod for the delayed review.

Without going into to too much detail I had the most awful experience not just once but three times with another dentist/cosmetic dentist in Turkey. My mental health was affected so badly I lost all my confidence, I wasn’t able to go out socially with my partner, children, family or friends. Luckily I found a lady who had been to Smilepod and she reassured me that I would be looked after by the team.

I reached out to Smilepod and spoke with Elham. What an absolutely amazing, kind and empathetic person. She again gave me reassurance and answered all my queries promptly.

I finally made the decision to go ahead. Dr Ozge was in charge of my treatment and again what an absolutely amazing person. I found the process extremely overwhelming, I was an emotional wreck and Dr Ozge recognised this and reassured me through out.

I still have a long journey ahead but anyone who is considering dentistry/cosmetic work I absolutely recommend Smilepod. I am now able to go out with my children and continue to make memories. Thank you Dr Ozge and the Smilepod team.

Finding the best dentist is going through a minefield.

I joined many forums and groups and after talking to the people who went from UK to Smilepod that had positive experience I picked smilepod

I Had 4 root canals and one extraction with crowns.

The whole team of Smilepod gives you a proper family vibe,atleast this is how I felt.

Dr Rizza the dentist is one excellent dentist who is god gifted in his professional field.I cannot thank him enough for everything.

I have just come to the end of my 6 month journey with Dr Riza and the team at Smilepod. To say the final outcome has changed my life forever is an understatement! Like most people going over to Turkey I had my concerns and doubts but from day 1 they have put my mind at ease and the whole process has been flawless. I am walking away with not just a fantastic smile but a total different perspective in the years to come for me personally. I would recommend Smilepod to anyone and assure you can put your full trust in them.
