Hello, I live in London. I saw Megadentist’s ads. I researched megadentist. I contacted them. They bought my plane tickets to Istanbul. My planned dental treatment took place sooner than I expected. I would like to thank Megadentist Official Hasan Hüseyin. I am very pleased now.

What a good team you have here at Megadentist. Starting from the finance manager, He is very welcoming and professinal. My surgeon, Gülsum Coskun. she did a great job and always made sure I was pain free. Esra Alioglu, dealt with fitting my dentures always with a professional sensitivity and a smile. With the care team Starting with Ayan & Fathia, simply the best. They make the Megadentist team complete. They are a great asset. See you all soon in Six months.

I strongly recommend doing thorough research before trusting the hype about this dentist. My experience was incredibly disappointing, starting with the staff who were unhelpful and provided inaccurate information. Before traveling, I was told I’d need to stay for 10 days, only to arrive and find out it was just 4 days.

Despite paying a deposit, the agreement didn’t feel right. I tried to resolve this with the Somali staff member, but nothing was sorted. The owner then asked me to visit the clinic to discuss the issue. Unfortunately, this was a waste of time as his attitude was “my way or the highway.”

When I requested a refund, he insisted I accept his offer, even though I made it clear I was no longer interested. He refused to return the full amount, citing my decision to go elsewhere. Ultimately, they deducted £1,000 and refunded the rest, which was deeply frustrating.

This entire ordeal caused me immense stress, making Mega Dentist one of the worst choices I could have made. Thankfully, I decided to go with a different dentist, and the experience was a complete 180—fantastic service, wonderful people, and my implants were done perfectly. I’m even scheduled to return in three months to complete the process.

Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for dental care!

Perfect start and was complete 1 day earlier than expected. Also received temp caps to help with appearance and sensitivity. Communication was fantastic and the hotel was 3-5 min walk from clinic.

The clinic was very clean and everyone was professional, polite, very helpful and friendly.

Highly recommend. I came across this clinic via QunoMedical which have also been excellent in all aspects.

I had 28 crowns installed and root canal treatment. 100% happy with everything.

We visited Megadentist from the UK and had an all round incredible experience. We explored many different options prior to booking anything as wanted to make sure we picked the correct one. The full consultation phase was very easy and extremely informative. There was no pushy sales tactics or upselling, we were actually recommended to go for the cheaper option as there was no requirements for veneers as my teeth were healthy and only needed composite bonding. Hotel, transfers etc all included in our price which was very competitive. The clinic we visited was immaculate and all the staff were lovely and accommodating. The procedure itself was pain free and the dentist was a perfectionist. He spoke me through everything and that would happen and reassuredme fully. The outcome was unbelievable and I am so so happy with my teeth I honestly can’t believe how good they are. Thank you so so much Megadentist and special mention to Kadra and Mehmet. We will be back for my partners teeth next.
