The service from Ahmad and Mounaim were excellent. Ahmad was great with information and Mounaim works very hard inside the clinic, managing people and a very busy timeline. Everybody was kind and friendly. My EMax veneers were done perfectly 🙂 -D.Jones

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC

I ignored the many other bad reviews thinking they were being dramatic but first of all we landed and went to get the transport to take us to the hotel,they wanted us to go to the underground parking lot which was very dodgy when everyone else was being picked up on the upper level. We then had to go straight from the hotel to the clinic after a 4 hour flight they wouldn’t let me reschedule even though I was not made aware of this appointment. I then get picked up by a filthy mini van with a rude driver. I finally got in the chair after a hour wait where they told me I have gum disease which I don’t as I go to my dentist in London every 6 month they were making things up that were wrong with my teeth to get more money out of me. The rude consultant then said that my teeth were very big and yellow before even saying hello. All they care about is money they don’t care about you or your teeth. Them and their clinic is all fur and no knickers.

DentSpa delivered what they promised: high quality work. Friendly staff, comfortable clinic and high quality experienced professionals. Highly recommended.

Communication and programming are two essential points for the satisfaction of a client, even if not all coordinators have this advantage, but the case of my consultant is very appreciable, the rethinks in satisfactory deadlines, but also her concerns of master the person in a state of confidence and comfort. thank you ASYA

Review of DentSpa– Istanbul

I had an outstanding experience at DentSpa in Istanbul. Their efficiency, particularly in logistics, was beyond impressive. Even on a Sunday morning, when the dental spa was closed, they arranged seamless transportation from the airport to our hotel. Throughout my stay, they provided reliable pick-ups and drop-offs between the hotel and the clinic, ensuring a stress-free experience.

The doctors were highly skilled, and although unlike in the states where they tend to over communicate here thet do not that said communication itself was never a barrier. The quality of care I received was exceptional, and the results exceeded my expectations. Compared to doing the same dental work locally in Los Angeles, this was not just a good experience—it was a great one. I would highly recommend DentSpa especially Dr. Elif Aktürk and confidently rate them five stars.

It was my second visiti ton the clinic to put my final implants.

The welcoming was great,Assya was my contact all the way long from France to Istanbul ,she knew how to reassure me and gave me informations.

Although at the clinic i didn t appreciate thé fact that at the procédure of putting my final implants thé Dr told me that in fact it would ne better if i did my below tooth…in my first visit i told them to make me a plan for all my mouth and they never mentionned it.

Second thing i came with my son for a plan and bleaching his tooth,they didnt gave me the plan for him…and i thought they could make a discount for his bleaching, they didnt….

Little be disappointed about this part.

But i really appreciate the Dr that took care of me, thé advices of Assya.
