My journey with Dentavita has not been without problems but every time I contacted them they responded and never ignored me. I had truly terrible teeth and opted for full mouth dental implants. They fulfilled their part of the contract and despite adjustments having to be made, sometimes paying my own travel expenses, I feel that I have received exceptional care and attention with an end product,in which I have confidence. Now I can smile, eat and enjoy socialising without hiding my mouth. Furthermore the end cost is far below what I would have paid in my own country.

Dentavita,where is my refund????

I never received in my bank account-£1053(mine and my husband deposit,paid in one transaction).

I message this company for a refund as when paid a deposit,they said is refundable deposit.I have it in writing on my WhatsApp messages.I have informed my bank,they checked for international bank transfer, NO -£1053 put back in.We changed our mind because of medical reasons.Yagmu(the sale manager) said”Once the payment arrived into the account,then we will refund the amount into your account “I am waiting already Five months.,since 1st.of July…

They soon take your deposit but reluctant to give it back,that is if you get it back,I have no luck so far.

When I message,all I keep getting is:be patient,the refund process started.In September,Lydia (account department)text me,to keep in touch with the refund process but after two months of chasing,still no money.No answer too,as she blocked me,like Yagmur.

They are a big liars.GOD hates such people and he will avenge them..So,be aware,when giving your money to them!My bank is treating as a fraud,so,I am leaving it with them now as I tried to get refund myself and got nowhere.AVOID!!! Let’s see if Dentavita respond to my review and see if I am refunded and do the decent thing Dentavita- as you are meant to bea respectable business.!
