Two weeks ago, I had an FUE transplant at the Vera Clinic. I’m only 21 years old. I was so impressed by the state of the art facility and the very professional and knowledgable staff. The whole experience was great. They took really good care of me and The healing process was everything they said it would be. They’ve stayed with me by contacting me and I send photos so they can monitor my progress. They sent me home with meds. shampoos and a special hat to wear along with written instructions and other products I would need. The hotel was awesome and the transportation very reliable and prompt. I highly recommend the Vera Clinic. I will go back for a second procedure if I need it down the road. I really can’t say enough about the Vera Clinic.

My son and my husband and I all went to Istanbul so they could get the hair FUE hair transplants at the Vera Clinic. This was a year of planning. Our Coordinator, Beyza Can, was totally amazing. She was there for us every step of the way. Everything was incredible. From the transportation to and from the airport, to the beautiful 5 star hotel and the Vera Clinic was state of the art. It far exceeded my expectations. I knew we were in good hands by the professional team and experienced doctors. So friendly and everything was explained to us in detail. They were patient and answered all of our questions. The procedures both went well. My son is very young to get a hair transplant. They took good care of him. It’s the reason I went along. Beyza assisted me in ordering our meals in the evening because you can’t really go out the first night, and the breakfast that was included in the hotel restaurant was spectacular. Service was amazing. I felt like I was on a relaxing vacation. We stayed an extra day and did some site seeing in Istanbul. It was so wonderful. And the Vera Clinic Van picked us up from the second hotel to take us back to the airport.

It’s been 2 weeks since the procedure. We are back in NY and both my husband and son are doing great. The Veral Clinic sent them home with the meds and special shampoo and cream. They’ve asked for photos to monitor the progress and say they are healing well.

We are so happy we chose the Vera Clinic. I highly recommend them. If my son needs to have a second one in the future, we are definitely going back to the Vera Clinic!

Recently I got my Hair Transplant surgery done from Vera Clinic. I am extremely happy and satisfied with their overall process, very well equipped clinic, extremely talented team and regular post surgery followups. I got my hair transplant done at Vera Clinic on 28 December and traveled from the US to do it. Leading up to the experience, Malek was super responsive and provided clear answers to all of my questions. I really loved too that I was able to schedule my procedure and that I didn’t need to pay a deposit until I arrived. This made me feel very comfortable compared to other clinics who wanted 25-50% upfront if not more. While there for the procedure, the translators spoke flawless English so everything was very smooth and flowed nicely. The itinerary for the next day was always sent early the day prior and transportation was always on time! Also all the surgical staff was medically certified MDs and RNs so that was a huge reason I chose Vera Clinic because other clinics only use technicians and not medical personnel. Post surgery, the team creates a group chat with just you and the Vera Clinic support staff so if you have any questions about the healing process, you have a direct link to their care team and quick answers to your questions. I will definitely recommend Vera Clinic to all who are interested in a hair transplant.

My one comment for US based customers, download WhatsApp. It is not a popular app in the US like it is abroad but this is the main platform the clinic uses for coordination pre-op and post-op.

I had a hair transplant for the crown area, the operation was great, i would strongly recommend full sedation to allow the 10 minutes local anesthesia which is quite painful (you can support, but if I need to do it again I would do it with full sedation just not having dinner nor breakfast to avoid the side effect). After 10 days everything is great, the only difficult part is sleeping but you can do it. The follow of with Merve is great, always available and following up. For the pre and during operation Mirela who is the translator was always available and kind, perfect language translation and kindness.

I perform the review and recommendation and believe Vera clinic is the best clinic in turkey.

Vera Clinic is an excellent choice if you are considering a hair transplant. All members of their team were very helpful. From the initial interaction with their relationship manager, they give you all the information you need to know and answer and questions you may have. Payment was very easy with the multiple options, and their logistics team ensured everything from arrival to departure was smooth including arranging the hotel, and transport to and from the clinic.

The actual team within clinic was also great! You are given 1 on 1 attention with the staff and the doctors to ensure you are clear on the procedure, area of focus, and expectation of results based on grafts they can extract. Again, any questions you have are answered to your satisfaction.

From here, you are taken through a smooth process of preparation for the transplant in a private room with a dedicated team that is with you the whole day of the procedure who are committed to ensuring a good result. They explain the process very clearly and ensure that you are as comfortable as possible.

I would highly recommend Vera Clinic, in fact, I had to have two sessions. Even though I chose to have them a year apart, I decided to do the second session at Vera Clinic again based on the excellent results and service from the first session. The second was no different and I was very happy about my decision.

Beware. This place is a scam. They overcharge you for services you don’t need and refuse to give any refunds for products they don’t provide. And if you complain they withhold providing the services you paid for unless you withdraw your complaint. The oxygen service is worthless. They don’t provide you with any follow up care and their customer service or management refuses to respond to your questions or concerns even though that was part of the service. The staff is very young and inexperienced and act immature They take advantage of citizens who come from a foreign country like the US cause they know you can’t do anything about it. Dont go here. Go to a more reputable place in the main part of Istanbul. This place is a scam.
