Very good very helpful

Friendly dentist and staff. They’re quick and efficient, and just make for a very easy visit. Beyond that they’re knowledgeable, which is nice in the medical area.

This is about Happident in Västra Hamnen, Malmö, and specifically dentist Martin

Absolutely do not trust the positive reviews, and stay away especially from the invisible aligners. They will ruin your life and steal your money.

The team is very professional including Baresh the dentist ..I always look forward to my visits!

I definitely recommend Amir in Lund! The examination was thorough, quick and painless. He explained everything for me in English and gave relevant advice for my dental health, with useful medical detail. Everything was transparent regarding costs. Much appreciated!

It was the worst dentist experience ever ! I started invisible aligner treatment December and they informed me that I am suitable for this treatment but the result was not fully successful. I’ve raised the issue to my dentist Bita a couple of times and she did not do anything she was just ” no, I cannot do anything, I cannot change the past just I will send your case to another dentist”. Her attitude was super sloppy and annoying literally she did not care.

She directed me to ”senior dentist” Mozhded, she called me and she was like ” yeah I understand your frustration, I will direct you another dentist Mehdi and he will help you and ofc you will get compensation, etc etc ”. Mehdi reached me out and he said that he will do small operation, and he will follow my the situation but I will not get any compensation bla bla bla” and I refused it. Then a couple of days later I got a message from Mozhded and she said that they cannot do anything, I should have had operation before starting this treatment and they cannot give me any refund. ( Btw total cost is 25k and I am still paying) When I asked her why Bita did not inform me about it before starting and as a regular person how come I should know that I should have had operation before treatment and no reply.

In meanwhile I went to another clinic just to get second opinion. The dentist saw me and right away she said that they always suggest to do this small operation to the patients who has the same condition I have because it risks the treatment and this is also included to the package. She was so surprised that I was not even informed about it.

As summary, if anything goes wrong do not expect any solution from them. I regretted to go there and I have been dealing this situation for months and zero solution.
