Nordsmil Aalborg- (I know many foreigners go there, please think twice before you do!!)

all of a sudden a piece of a tooth fell off 4 months ago ( already had a filling there), went to Ali (Nord Smil) to have it fixed, he took the scan and said that everything looked ok and I just needed a new filling in the tooth.

After 4 months I started having a strong pain, went there again, paid for another scan, got told that I might have had some caries and now the issue is with the canals, or even with the roots and I might end up needing the implant, even.

On my question of how could it have happened since 4 months ago everything looked alright and he closed it with a filling- he said that not everything is black and white.

Same day I had to fly to Latvia to have it fixed. As a result, I had to have all 3 canals treatment and when the local dentist had a look at the scan he said it was obvious that the previous doctor left a space in between the gum and the tooth when he put the filling and this has caused the issue.

As a result, I had to pay to Nord Smil over 2,5k DKK to kill the tooth and close to 5000DKK extra to another doctor who saved it.

How little did I know thinking that a small issue can be easily fixed in Nord Smil Aalborg.

Dentists were very delicate, calming me down all the time, I was taken care of the same day as I called and all procedure was smooth and not stressful.

I was able to get an emergency time and the trouble tooth extracted the same day at their Herning clinic.

I was anxious, distraught and very scared. Immediately the nurse (didn’t catch her name unfortunately, Asian lady) understood where I was coming from and treated me with utmost compassion and patience.

The quality of the service stayed stellar as dentist Dino Drljevic took over the operation. He was just as assuring and empathetic as the nurse.

I truly appreciate the professional and kind way I was treated by these two lovely individuals. I was really, really scared and they met me with such kindness and understanding. Thank you both so, so much

Worst dentist experience I ever had. I had a tooth extraction by a certain dentist Huseyin in Randers and it was a real nightmare. I had a tooth pain an I made an appointment. This guy didn’t even bother to suggest treatment options, instead he told me that the tooth has to be extracted and also the neighboring tooth which was perfectly fine, just because they were connected with joined dental crown. I made bad decision to allow him to do that instead waking out of the office… By the way, I was charged four times the price they have in the list. Due to a wrongly induced anesthesia my eye got paralyzed and when I complained to the nurse she was completely ignorant and just walked me out of the office and a month and a half later I ended up having surgery (by an oral surgeon in my home country) because a sharp bone was sticking out of my gums. And they promised to call after a bad review I gave as a reply to a message they sent me, two months later I still wait for their call… This was a pure robbery and mistreatment.

I had an exceptional experience with the teeth whitening treatment at Nordsmil. The team was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, delivering outstanding results. My teeth have never looked this bright and natural. 10/10
