I came from England on Sunday for rhinoplasty. The whole team at Can hospital made the whole experience worth while. From the prompt communication and response to questions, to the smooth transfer to the hospital and then the surgery. Nothing went wrong. Everything was professional. The hospital is spotlessly clean and the nursing team looked after me so well. I didn’t have to worry about transport as the drivers picked me up and returned me to where I needed to be. I cannot fault this hospital. I will always recommend it and would definitely return.

I came from Ireland to get rhinoplasty done in CAN hospital Izmir about a week ago. It was the best experience ever. The hospital feels like you’re staying in a 5 star hotel and the nurses are amazing there and so professional. The best part of my whole experience was meeting my translator Zeynep. She was there for me every single day and felt more like a best friend than anything else. Even after my surgery she brought me to see Izmir and was checking all the time if I was okay. My doctor did an amazing job on my nose I absolutely love it. I would 100% recommend this hospital and if I ever need anything done again I will be coming back here.

Kind and respectful receptionists and translators

I had trifocal eye operation came from Birmingham. Everything was perfect. From airport to hotel and hotel to hospital transfer were very nice and customer service was very nice. Everybody was very friendly I felt that I knew them before. My operation was painless very quick and I could directly see after the operation in two hours I could go shopping alone. I advice everyone to come to Izmir Can Hospital

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ibrahim Tuncer at CAN Hospital, Izmir. He is not only highly knowledgeable and professional but also took the time to explain every detail of the examination in a clear and reassuring manner. His approach made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. The clinic is well-equipped, and the staff are friendly and efficient. My experience throughout the procedure was painless and no discomfort. Both eyes only took 25 minutes.

Zanep, was our care ordinator and translator. A very proffesional and caring young lady. She greeted us arrival and arranged everything we needed throughout out stay. She kept in touch throughout to make sure my recovery was good.

I have gone from wearing glasses for close up and distance to being glasses free.

My interpreter zey Was with me every step of the way met me from the airport took me to my cab sat with me in my operation was therefore every single step the surgeon was wonderful. He spoke English which was a lovely surprise. Great staff great experience and fantastic results.

I enjoyed the staff and Dr. Utku Nacak took very good care of me. The stay was comfortable and my translator Zeyneb was very kind and accommodating. However, the food was not great.

I came to Can Hospital. for Trifocal lens replacement . right from the very first contact Burcu help me through ever question and there was a lot of questions as i was very nervous, but Burcu calmed me and help me fell confident it was the right thing for me do. Burcu arranged everything for me, fromvery nice VIP car from airport and all transfers to and from hospital. i have been looked after the whole time Chaperoned by Zeynep and Yagmur for ever part of the procedures including escorting back to the hotel. Dr Kader Yildiz Dogan that Perform the procedure Was amazing. She kept me calm through the whole Procedure. In just.

3 days I’ve gone from needing glasses all the time. Do not need them at all.

And I can read very small print. It would be an understatement if I said I was over the moon with the results.

We arrived at Izmir airport on the 25.09.24 our driver was waiting for us outside the airport in very clean and VIP car.He took us to the hotel and he explained to us what is going to happen in the next 5 days. On the next day we went to the hospital and met all this amazing team. Also we had two translaitors -amazing girls. Everything went as per plan. Had the procedure done-hair transplant. During all this time they guided us through the process step by step. We felt safe in their hands and even more importantly we trusted them with all medical procedures. Just want to say big thank you for all their help and support. We are heading back now to UK and can’t wait to see the full results in few months time !!! GEORGI and MARIYA
