I cannot believe how professional they all are at Attelia Dental Clinic .

From the moment you walk through the door they welcome you and guide and support you through the whole process.

I felt at ease straight away and was explained the whole process and the aftercare . They are definitely the full package and highly recommend Attelia for your winning happy smile .

My 2nd treatment was a lot shorter having a bone graft and 2 implants. Nevertheless the service and cleanliness and guidance is still outstanding . Thank you ATTELIA

Today I want to give you the details of a REAL review, not the ones that have been paid for on trustpilot, or the reviews they heavily encourage you to make straight after having your treatment and before the real problems start. I’m going to tell you about the “work” that did on me including their failings and subsequent threats and intimidation tactics. Firstly there seems to be a couple of clinics called Attelia, so I have put the logo of the correct clinic for reference.

So what did they do wrong

1. Serious amounts of decay left behind on several teeth, but most concerning two

teeth that would have undoubtably resulted in tooth loss (see attached images)

this has been verified by several dentists as being unethical at best and negligent

at worst. They basically hurried the job and crowned decay.

2. Three root canals missed which were leading to pain.

3. Crowns fitted incorrectly leaving large gaps between the teeth and the gums. They told me this was normal for cleaning. I’m pretty sure that you shouldn’t be able to touch the shaven down tooth!!!

4. Unnecessary and Incorrectly applied sets of pairs of twos and threes bridges

leading to discomfort whilst eating, cracking sensation and general pain.

5. An incorrectly aligned implant that will require a special abutment to rectify or

worst case the removal of the implant.

6. They wanted to remove a perfectly salvageable tooth which has been fully

restored by my new clinic. I can only assume this was for speed purposes

7. Incorrect bite alignment leading to issues and pain when eating

8. I asked for individual crowns before I left the UK, on arrival I was told that my only option was to have bridges everywhere instead of individual crowns, I was told that it was impossible, I’m not a dentist so I went with their professional opinion . Yet here I am today with perfectly fine set of individual crowns, and all of the above issues are now resolved. When I challenged their decision to not make them individual, they then did a complete 180 degree turn and kindly offered to change them all to individual crowns for the additional sum of £3600!! So clearly it could, and should have been done originally.

In fairness to them, they did offer to look at my concerns under warranty, but I had lost all faith in this clinic by then. It now transpires that my fears are correct as they have threatened me with legal action and criminal charges for speaking up.

This is my own personal experience and I’m sure people (including celebrities and YouTubers who I’m sure they pay extra attention to) have no issues with their teeth. However I would highly recommend you don’t have this company in your top 20 list. I have a friend that I have met on this group who I won’t name and she has had exactly the same issues.

This clinic used to have a good name, but that was years ago now and I fear the good dentists have moved on. Now they are operating like a tooth factory and you are on a conveyor belt, get them in and out as quickly as possible, take the money…..next!!

Please avoid at all costs if you value your smile

My experience with Attelia has been nothing but ’exceptional’. From the time I walked into their dental clinic I felt at ease. The staff are all very friendly and I have to mention Berfin (always available and personable on Whatsapp), Cemre (my lovely co-orinator, pricing and translator). Ms Muge (anasthestist and very reassurring person), Nisa ( my prosthetic perfectionist) and Dt Ozge (my dentist who took on a big job) and last but not least all the other friendly and professional staff around me.

As a business, Attelia is run in a very honest way, as they refunded me for some work which wasn’t actually needed after the main surgery was finished. Their motto, ’People deserve the best of everything’ is REAL!

Excellent clinic. Very hygienic and professional. The service is amazing from the time you get off the plane to the time you leave. My co-ordinator Cemre took great care of me and translated and explained everything. Don’t look around – this is where you get quality, not the infamous ‘turkey teeth’.

Came back with some pain beneath a crown after being told in the uk I need a root canal treatment I came back to turkey to attelia dental and under warranty got my root canal treatment done for free and pain free

All the staff are pleasent and kind, they take care of everything, from transfers to hotels to getting the smile i wanted.

Went for second appointment 7 months later and everything is still excellent havent had a single problem. Recommend this place to everyone.
