Been back a week now from my 2nd vist to have my crowns fitted was worried as I left it a year but my care and treatment was 1st class from start to finish the clinic from the drivers to the cleaners to the dental team was 100% could not ask for a better service then I received for smile design I’m so great full to an amazing team thank you antalya smile design

My experience with antalya smile design from start to finish 100% spot on starting researching in April 2023 for a dental clinic to help me fix my teeth which was broken missing in a mess to be honest. I found smile design online I messaged them on WhatsApp I was very nervous about going to another country to get my teeth fix every question I ask was answered straight away in detail 24/7 I was messaging for 3 months and agreed to start my treatment in September booked my flights and there I was when I arrived I was met at the airport by my driver and my friend adviser I was taken to my hotel and started my treatment the next day was picked up from the hotel taken to the clinic which I noticed as soon as I walked in was spotless in clean everyone welcome me offered me tea or coffee then I went in for an xray which show I had 7 healthy teeth that could be saved which I was happy with so I had them shaved down which mad me nervous because I don’t like needles but It was painless though out the shaving down I then moved upstairs to meet my dentist who has 30 year experience had a translater with me was ozzy told me what was going to happen the dentist numbed me then he started the extractions and placing the implants which was all painless I felt nothing little bit of swelling after sugary was finished I had a mold made for my temporary teeth for my 12 implants then back to the hotel driver always waiting for you to take you back and forth while at the hotel on WhatsApp in case there was anything I needed my 5 days over went home for my heeling to begin that’s my 1st vist to smile designs I would highly recommend coming to one of there open days in the uk meeting up face to face and get yourself out to antalya for your perfect Hollywood smile

I’ve just come back from my experience and I couldn’t fault a thing I was so welcomed and look after can’t wait to go back in 3 months to finish off my perfect smile

Where to start…;

At the beginning is usually the best place I find….

I became aware of Antalya Smile Designs when they came to England and visited my city.

I went along to their open day and first met the wonderful Ahmet at the ‘reception’ – such a lovely human…

He instructed me to ‘pop’ down to where the rest of the team were. I was immediately greeted by the lovely Ania and she made me feel at ease instantly. I was then assessed and subsequently given a price for my treatment.

I also got to meet Serkan for the first time as well – he too left me feeling very comfortable with everything.

Everyone just gave me ‘good vibes’!

I left, processed the whole experience and, very quickly, came to my decision.

I went straight ahead and booked my first appointment.

From the very beginning – after making my appointment – Ahmet, Serkan and Ania checked in with me and answered any questions that came up for me.

I went, first time, in mid May and was greeted at the airport by the wonderful Erol who made me feel comfortable and took me to my hotel.

Hotel was lovely and the staff amazing.

I then had my first appointments and, again, was fully informed throughout.

My surgeon, the very skilled and considerate Eldar, did his work and completed, as far as I am concerned, an amazing job. A truly skilful, kind and considerate man.

I was then assessed by my amazing dentist Eda, who addressed any and all things that needed to be completed prior to my coming home for ‘recovery time’ in preparation for my return visit.

I went back just over 3 weeks ago and, again, was welcomed by the wonderful Hakan this time… He greeted me warmly and took me to the same hotel I was at previously – which I had requested.

It was then time to start the final stages of treatment.

First visit was with the surgeon again – I was assessed and deemed fit to continue.

When I say that, I mean that all relevant protocols were followed (x-rays and the like) and I then had my ‘pins’ installed.

An impression was then taken and the process of making the implants was started.

During this time, I was again completely informed and made to feel truly welcome and cared for.

Also got the chance to catch up with everyone as well – which was nice.

My dentist was, quite simply, a wonderful human who really did go above and beyond to ensure my happiness – I was a bit of a nightmare with all my questions. Sorry all – leaving me feeling heard, considered and happy. Thank you Eda!!!

Yes, there was some uncomfortability, of course… However, considering what was happening, all pain relief was taken care of.

I have been home now for nearly two weeks and have had my implants completed for 12 days now.

I have zero pain, everything feels like it’s always been there and I am truly blown away by it all to be honest – truly life changing experience!

What I can add is this; all of my friends and family have commented on how ‘natural’ they look and it’s as if ‘they have always been there’ – that is using their words, not mine…

As I type this, I have nothing but admiration for the team, the process and the product delivered. I am beyond happy and feel so very grateful for all the time, care and consideration given to me.

Yes. Of course it is a business, I’m not naive… However, being a business owner myself, I recognise the importance of valuing clients, and this is what I experienced at every step of my process.

After all, of course, I am paying for a product and felt that the service given was fantastic, delivered with compassion and passion.

This clinic is run by ‘humans’ for ‘humans’

This, for me, cannot be stated enough.

You really have to go and experience for yourself…

Believe me, you will not regret it!

To finish, I would always encourage anyone to do their research and of course, I did by attending the open day and researching online…

But, if unlike me, you are unable to meet these wonderful people in person and get a true ‘feel’ for them as humans, and get their ‘intent’ to deliver the best that they can, then I would encourage reading these reviews…

There are many reviews here and we can’t all be wrong, or biased, right?

So… Thank you to everyone at ‘Antalya Smile Designs’ – you guys and gals have made a difference to my life that I could only ever dream about.

Yet, NOW, that dream is my reality!

I will be back for a proper holiday (just exploring and NO treatment!! ) in the future and will be sure to come by and ‘Hi’ to you all….

Maybe even a visit to the ‘Kalechi Steakhouse’ Ahmet – on me, of course
