Worst dentist I’ve ever been too

Had my teeth done here last year with my father, he has gaps in his teeth. There wonky, done all bridges when paid for individual. Went back this year to complain of pain and X-rays were done for them to tell me my teeth are fine, then see a dentist back in London for them to tell me I have infections all under bridges!

They don’t listen to you at all.. please avoid!

I have completed my treatment : 4 implants, 2 extractions and full mouth makeover. I am very happy I chose DENTAFLY. I work as a Sister in Critical Care in East Sussex Healthcare and I can fully recommend DENTAFLY as a not just safe but ”high tech” clinic where everything is located in the same building: dentistry, surgery, scanner and laboratory.

From the start, I had the very informative and always ready Umair, who explained from the beginning how to start the process towards a new smile.

On arrival to the airport the transfer vehicle picked us up and drove us to a lovely all inclusive hotel by the beach. All went smoothly and I got whatsapp messages to inform me of when my appointment would be the day after and at what time the transfer would pick us up.

I came with my husband as my guest, which it is included in the price. He had a ”check up” and a scan and ended up needing some treatment. He went for it, realising that in the UK, it would be unaffordable (extractions and 4 implants). He is also very happy with the outcome.

On arrival to DENTAFLY we were greeted by lovely people that gave us a warm welcome.

The first consultation following the scans was clear and informative. The dentist spoke good English but we also had with us EBRU who is the Practice Coordinator and one of the most lovely ladies ever! Ebru was reassuring and supportive and able to answer all of our questions.

We decided what treatment to go for without surprises or hidden costs.

And we started. Surgery is performed in the theatre, which is on site. None of us had any pain at all despite extensive work. I was very impressed by how professional and efficient the surgeons and nurses were. I have to say I had horrific experiences in the UK with many dentists and I was really scared.

After the first treatment, the transfer took us back to the hotel to rest and recover.

The following procedures were coordinated and always checked with CT scans.

My dentist Goerken was amazing. He also spoke English and always ensured I had no pain. Seriously, I can be a nightmare patient….He did a great job adjusting my temporary teeth and we went back home ready to heal and go back to finalise the treatment. During our healing time, we had the support team available to answer any questions or problems.

4 months happened quickly and went back in September.

Again we were greeted with so much care and everyone was really welcoming.

It was lovely to see all the staff again. I particularly would like to mention FATMA, who is absolutely adorable with great communication skills. Maurizio was really helpful at all times and of course ALI, who organises the transport was perfect. But just because I can’t remember all the names, it doesn’t mean the rest of the staff were less. I cannot see myself as having any problems with my new teeth in the future but I am totally sure the DENTAFLY team will be there for me if I ever need them. In any case, you get given a ”passport” of the work they have done as well as a guarantee.

I am honesty INCREDIBLY HAPPY with my result and I love my teeth now.

My friend, who is also a nurse, came with us and she is now having a full dental make over with top of the range techniques. I am aware she is also very happy with the service.

My only suggestion for improvement would be better communication of what procedures are actually planned for any particular visit; I seemed to have to push to be told this

In June, I had my initial visit for a comprehensive ”All-on-6” implant procedure for my upper jaw, along with a full set of crowns for my lower jaw.

The following morning, Dentafly’s shuttle service picked me up and transported me to the clinic. Upon arrival, I underwent an X-ray and had a consultation with one of the dentists, during which we discussed and finalized the treatment plan.

The treatment began the next day. I opted for general anesthesia and was under for approximately three hours. Upon waking, I was informed that the implants had been successfully placed, and my lower teeth had been prepared for the crowns.

That evening, I experienced some discomfort, which was easily managed with paracetamol.

The next day, I returned to the clinic to have my temporary teeth fitted, and I was truly impressed with the results.

The team at Dentafly was exceptional. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and despite my initial nervousness, their professionalism immediately put me at ease.

In August, I had an unfortunate accident that resulted in the breakage of my temporary teeth while I was in Cyprus. I contacted Dentafly and was promptly seen the next morning. The team was remarkable, and I had new temporary teeth fitted the same day, allowing me to rejoin my family for the remainder of our holiday.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Dentafly to anyone seeking a professional and friendly clinic they can trust with their dental care.

I have to say these are the best guys in Turkey and I have family who went all over and nothing like dentafly 10 out of 10 guys no messing around they give you exactly what you ask for and will extend your stay if you need to to make sure you go home with the smile you’re happy with as they did for me 2 years and never had a problem and multiple family members who had no problems also which is why I went because I got recommended by family who had work done for 3 years and no problems no nice sweet great manners feels like a celebrity and make you feel like your there top1 client I highly recommend and there 3d scan is amazing I had a wisdom tooth I wanted removed but told me would be dangerous due to what they seen on the scan so not in it for the extra cash which made me more comfortable with there honesty lovely people lovely business

Great experience. Very friendly staff , super nice doctors i would recommend for anyone who wants there dream smile. Theres nothing to be afraid. Can’t wait for my second visit.
