I recently came over from the UK to Dentaglobal & honestly I could not recommend it enough. I had a family member come with me & we we’re both warmly welcomed and settled into our apartments after being transfer from the airport basically as soon as we landed and was ready.

Even though we we’re both a bit anxious of the procedures we had to come everything was as wanted from the language barrier being basically non existent to the quality of work that was provided by the dentist and team being perfect.

Time was taken to sculpt our smiles to exactly what we wanted & the outcome has brought us both a new sense of confidence we did not have before arriving.

I could not recommend Dentaglobal enough to anyone & if you’re thinking about having the treatment done please choose this company as you’re in safe, professional hands and have nothing short of perfection.

My experience has been highly unsatisfactory, and if concerns are raised, they are met with aggressive confrontation. I feel compelled to highlight several key issues with Dental Global and Qunomedical:

1. Faulty Treatment: Less than a year after my treatment, with Mr I ISIK. I lost a tooth and experienced multiple chips and cracks.This is unacceptable and indicates a significant failure in the quality of care provided. My improper fit has created uneven biting pressure, putting excessive stress on the opposing teeth, leading to chipping

with wear and tear on the lower tooth structure, I’ve experienced tooth shifting in my lower front teeth, causing my lower teeth to chipping because of improper positioning.

2. Inadequate Response: My initial complaint was met with a disappointing offer to cover only 25% of the total cost to rectify the situation, on the condition that I make my own way to the clinic. This is not a satisfactory resolution considering the circumstances.

3. Unresolved Issues: Despite raising concerns about the alignment of my teeth during my treatment, no corrective measures were taken. The teeth are visibly curved and do not meet the expectations I had set prior to the treatment.

4. Coercive Practices: During my visit, I was not allowed to leave the practice until I signed a consent form and paid an undisclosed extra fee. This delayed my return to my room until 11pm and felt like coercive behaviour.

5. Poor Communication: Attempts to reach customer care via email have yielded only generic responses with no substantial resolutions. Emails to higher-level representatives within the company have gone unanswered.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Dentaglobal…very professional.

I was as nervous as they come. Doing something like this was really outside my comfort zone, I’ve never been a fan of visiting the dentist or anything in that nature. The team were so reassuring, they talked me through every process before they did it and really made me feel at ease. The treatment itself wasn’t as good as it could have, everything went to plan and it honestly flew by. I am over the moon with my smile. The dentist is a perfectionist and really concentrated on making sure my smile & bite was perfect – even to the point where I got frustrated with how long it was taking! But definitely worth the wait. I couldn’t recommend them enough

Just got home from having crowns with Dentaglobal. I had an amazing experience! Everyone was so lovely and I was well looked after. Can’t stop smiling, so so happy with my new smile! For the 1st time this weekend, I posted a photo smiling with my teeth showing which I have never done before. My confidence improved instantly! Thank you all so much

I went to dentaglobal to get emax veneers and was really nervous before arriving. Once i got to the dentist and was greeted by the team I instantly felt much better! Dentaglobal told me the plan and always told me the next step. Very friendly team and I am so pleased with the results and would definitely recommend you try them out.

What can I say been back again just for a checkup after 2 years all the staff look after you like their own family make sure your comfortable and make sure you understand all procedure the best part is they all speak English the best part is the big lovely smile the gave me best dental care you could ever have in Turkey I would recommend these lovely skillful people to everyone

From start to finish, I recieved the utmost care and attention. The procedure was not without a little discomfort, to be expected ofcourse but with the teams attention to detail and dedication it was a small price to pay to walk away with the perfect smile. Thanks again
